During the day you will visit Auschwitz-Birkenau museum and Wieliczka Salt Mine. In both places we will provide you the tours with an official english speaking in-person guides. We will pick you up and drop you off in your hotel - door to door service is included. Our tour leaders/drivers with fluent english will take care of everything so you won't have to worry about anything during the day. Tour includes all entrance fees, transportation and the guides' and the tour leaders services. We offer optional lunch box to order a day before an excursion.

The route inside the Wieliczka Salt Mine includes 380 stairs to take down to reach first level of the mine and at the end there is an elevator which will take you back on the ground

There is around 16 degrees Celcius inside Wieliczka Salt Mine

Most of the visit in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps is outdoors - please be well prepared for weather conditions

Providing full names of all participants while making booking and bringing photo IDs (passport, driving license etc.) at the day of the tour is compulsory - Auschwitz-Birkenau museum has security check/IDs control at the entrance. Without providing actual full names and documents entry to the museum will be denied.

You will see both Auschwitz I and Birkenau parts of nazi concentration camp. It's a standard full time tour with an official in-person guide. The tour includes a break in between Auschwitz I and Birkenau tours and we provide transportation from first to second part as well.

Well organised, immaculate mini bus with good air con (was a hot day when went). The salt mines are incredible and well worth the visit. Takes several hours to tour the mine experience so wear good shoes. Tour guide was very friendly and you could also buy a lunch box if needed. Pick up was smooth and easy, 10/10 day.

I would highly recommend this tour. Everything was punctual and instructions were communicated well. The salt mines are really cool. Auschwitz is incredibly worthwhile to see. The lunch is well worth it. The whole day took us about 11 1/2 hours, but it did not feel that long. One thing I would note is that the bus is not very comfortable if you are a taller person - very little leg room. But otherwise, the day could not have gone better.

The tour took care of all the work of getting from our hotel to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine and back again with ease. At Auschwitz and the mines we were delivered into the hands of the sites highly professional and informative guides who told the stories of the Holocaust and historical Poland. Although a long day it is not something to be missed. Julia helped navigate all the hop on and off of the tour bus with humour and made sure we all arrived home in one piece.
