During the day you will visit Auschwitz-Birkenau museum and Wieliczka Salt Mine. In both places we will provide you the tours with an official english speaking in-person guides. We will pick you up and drop you off in your hotel - door to door service is included. Our tour leaders/drivers with fluent english will take care of everything so you won't have to worry about anything during the day. Tour includes all entrance fees, transportation and the guides' and the tour leaders services. We offer optional lunch box to order a day before an excursion.

The route inside the Wieliczka Salt Mine includes 380 stairs to take down to reach first level of the mine and at the end there is an elevator which will take you back on the ground

Most of the visit in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps is outdoors - please be well prepared for weather conditions
Providing full names of all participants while making booking and bringing photo IDs (passport, driving license etc.) at the day of the tour is compulsory - Auschwitz-Birkenau museum has security check/IDs control at the entrance. Without providing actual full names and documents entry to the museum will be denied.

What To Expect
Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
You will see both Auschwitz I and Birkenau parts of nazi concentration camp. It's a standard full time tour with an official in-person guide. The tour includes a break in between Auschwitz I and Birkenau tours and we provide transportation from first to second part as well.
Wieliczka Salt Mine
You will visit UNESCO wonder which is Salt Mine in Wieliczka. It's a standard full time tour with an offcial in-person guide.

Salt mines and Auschwitz in one day is too much

4.00Visiting Auschwitz was very moving and interesting. I would have preferred to go their first - the trip to the salt mines is very tiring, so I didn’t feel I could appreciate Auschwitz as much as I would have wanted. The company should better warn people about the 800 steps down to the salt mine. While I didn’t have a problem doing it that day, my legs were killing me the next day. It was also quite a bit to do both the mines and Auschwitz in one day. The salt mine was interesting, but honestly smacks a little of a tourist trap. If you’re expecting to actually learn about salt mining, you will be disappointed. But the chapels and saints and a salt statue of Goethe were interesting. But I could live without having seen them. As for recommending for a friend - I wouldn’t recommend doing them together. And adjust your expectations for what you will see at the salt mine.

5.00It was EN really good and exciting trip to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. Everything went fine, FRA I was picked up at the hotel until I was put off at the hotel again. It was EN nice bus and EN good guide. They were also some good guides at both the salt mine and at Auschwitz.
