During the day you will visit Auschwitz-Birkenau museum and Wieliczka Salt Mine. In both places we will provide you the tours with an official english speaking in-person guides. We will pick you up and drop you off in your hotel - door to door service is included. Our tour leaders/drivers with fluent english will take care of everything so you won't have to worry about anything during the day. Tour includes all entrance fees, transportation and the guides' and the tour leaders services. We offer optional lunch box to order a day before an excursion.
Our staff is an experienced team of people who love their job trying to provide you the best service possible. The route inside the Wieliczka Salt Mine includes 380 stairs to take down to reach first level of the mine and at the end there is an elevator which will take you back on the ground
There is around 16 degrees Celcius inside Wieliczka Salt Mine
Most of the visit in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps is outdoors - please be well prepared for weather conditions
Providing full names of all participants while making booking and bringing photo IDs (passport, driving license etc.) at the day of the tour is compulsory - Auschwitz-Birkenau museum has security check/IDs control at the entrance. Without providing actual full names and documents entering the museum will be denied.
We need all traveler's first and last name regarding security check and IDs control at entrance to Auschwitz I museum - providing all traveler's full names is obligatory and it's a must to provide service

Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
You will see both Auschwitz I and Birkenau parts of nazi concentration camp. It's a standard full time tour with an official in-person guide. The tour includes a break in between Auschwitz I and Birkenau tours and we provide transportation from first to second part as well.
Wieliczka Salt Mine
You will visit UNESCO wonder which is Salt Mine in Wieliczka. It's a standard full time tour with an offcial in-person guide.

4.00Blown away by the trip, it’s a trip everyone should take in their lifetime. The Guide Evie/Eva was very knowledgeable. My only complaint about the trip was that it felt rushed. I known there were many other tour groups and the tour leader was onto the next piece of information before we’d finished looking at the something in the last room. I wanted to spend more time in each place to fully understand/appreciate it. I felt my time there wasn’t give the attention it deserved. I’m pleased I went. It was a personal trip as I’d worked in a Jewish hospital in Australia and some of the patients were Holocaust survivors, I kind of wanted to honour them. We had little time at Railway Station and the was only Due to the weather being so very hot, (no shade at all) Wonderful trip, well informed about times, pick ups etc. Thomas/Tomas was a great driver, informative and funny. Thank you for a memorable day

4.00Our bus driver and guide were very good and knowledgeable. It was a very long day - maybe we should have chosen just one tour instead of 2 to do. We enjoyed the Auschwitz/Birkenau tour. Our only criticism is that it felt rushed and we didn't get to read all the signs which had a lot of information. We also didn't have a lot of time to buy meals, souvenirs and drinks (we weren't aware that we should have bought our lunch with us).

2.00Overall a really good day, booking through these people in hindsight wasn't the best way to view both the salt mine and Auschwitz though unfortunately. The salt mine it a one way system so you can't really get that wrong, but with Auschwitz it was unbelievably rushed for us, we stipulated that there would be an infant so we assumed they would be accommodating for this, but we were given no chances to do nappy changes wich caused us to be left behind on more than one occasion, if they can't accommodate infants then this should be explained before booking. The tour was so rushed and fast paced that we had just a chance to glance at everything for a split second and then we were moving on again. We had been in and passed through the main gas chamber and back out again before I even realised what part we had just been through. We had travelled a long way specifically to see Auschwitz and will probably never come back to this part of the world again so I've left feeling really disappointed to be honest. But the driver was very friendly I will say

5.00Well organised trip excellent Damian catered for all our needs collected and dropped straight to accommodation. Damian made it all very easy well organised clear instructions. The tour guides were very good also.

5.00Pick up was prompt. First stop were the salt mines. The salt mine tour is unbelievable. It is huge. Over 852 steps to go down but worth everyone of them. Both the prison camps are fascinating. It brings home how the Jews suffered. Sad but very educational.

5.00A very well organised excursion with great tour guides. Air conditioned transport was a godsend as it was very hot. A lot of walking involved but there was a lot to see and take in.

5.00We did this combination tour, and it was excellent and well organised. It was a long day and Auschwitz was very sad but unfortunately a part of our history and the story needs to be told so it never happens again. The salt mine was very interesting and a lot better than I anticipated.
