Great visit. Well organised. The pick up from the hotel worked well. Don’t bother opting for the lunch pack as the food wasn’t great but make sure you bring your own food.

The driver Daniel was really good not much can be said about our tour guide for Auschwitz 1 .We were waiting for our head sets by the time we had got them the our group had moved on without us. Luckly there was another english speaking group so we just tagged on with them not good. At birkenau we manged to catch up with our group.

Extremely smooth and well organised trip, no issues whatsoever and cannot fault the overall experience. The pick up was punctual, the transfer smooth and comfortable, instructions at the entrance were very clear which was essential as it was extrmely busy and the security process could have been quite daunting to navigate. The tour itself was very clear and the narrative extremely informative with opportunity for questions. It was exceptionally busy and there was only minimal time to see exhibits but understandable that it has to be that way.

I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this service. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the ride was comfortable and well-organized. A special mention goes to my driver, Daniel, who was professional, punctual, and very friendly. He made sure the trip was safe and pleasant, and his calm driving style really added to the overall positive experience. It’s always reassuring to have a driver who is attentive and respectful. Overall, a very enjoyable journey thanks to the excellent service and Daniel’s professionalism. I would gladly choose this again!

A powerful and educational visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau. We learnt so much, the tour was very well organised, and everything ran smoothly. Our tour guide was amazing, she covered some really key information and facts for our knowledge and understanding. We received communications through WhatsApp before the trip, which was great and made us feel relaxed and informed. Our driver, Dawid, was excellent and made the journey comfortable and stress-free from our hotel. We paid 50 PLN for a prepared lunch box, which was very convenient for the short break between camps, though we could have brought our own and left it in the car if we preferred. Highly recommended choosing this service for a an important must-do trip while visiting Krakow. Thank you for this experience.

We would definitely recommend this trip , the driver was helpful and friendly and the tour guide was superb, so knowledgeable. We wouldn’t have wanted to do the trip on our own , there were really long queues of people waiting to get tickets and we avoided this . The trip in total was about 6 hours and we were picked up promptly and dropped off back at our hotel. It was a very emotional day but it’s important to remember and learn from history.

Great communication from touristico the tour operator before the trip. Picked up at 9.35 from hotel (2 of us). 7 people were in the minivan altogether. ADA, our driver was very friendly. The van was lovely and comfortable. We stopped for a toilet break at a gas station. This is a good place to buy food for lunch if you want anything. (Although there was an option to buy a packed lunch for 50zloty) you can leave food in the van. We arrived at Auschwitz and after a short wait we were put into a group and went through security. Once through security we went and collected headsets. Our guide was Anna. There was a lot to look at in Auschwitz, different barracks with different exhibitions. Lots of walking, lots of up and down steps. We then went to the gas chamber. We also saw the execution wall and the small cells. This was about 1 hour 45 mins. After Auschwitz we had a 10/15 minute break to eat lunch if you had any, and then our driver took us to Birkenau. We met up with Anna again and went to see the railway platform, memorial, remains of gas chambers and crematorium. We also saw the women’s barracks. This took about an hour. Overall a very organised tour. Very informative. About 5km of walking in total, with lots of up and down steps. (No steps at birkenau) if you have mobility issues you may start struggling by the time you get to birkenau, but you are able to let the group walk ahead here and take at your own pace, as long as you meet up by the front gate after an hour (take your drivers number just in case) Would definitely recommend as it really makes you understand what the prisoners went through and the scale of the holocaust.
