What To Expect

Your tour begins with picking you up from the specified address you choose. Time of pickup might change, it depend, from exact time of entrance to the Museum and order of hotel pickups. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is located 65 km from Kraków, in Oświęcim. The journey to The Museum will take about 1h 20 min. During the road our driver will explain to you everything about the tour, what it will look like step by step, and answer all your questions. Before your tour starts, you will have a 15-minute break for the toilet.

The first part of your tour is Auschwitz I, the former main concentration camp. You will learn everything about the beginnings of the concentration camp in this place, as well as about various things that happened there. The main part of the exhibition is located here.

5.00This trip is very sobering, but I would advise anyone coming to Krakow to visit Auschwitz and Birkenhau. Our guide was very passionate and made our experience very thought provoking. We booked the hotel pick up and our driver Inga was a very good driver and her English was excellent. We also took advantage of the packed lunch for £10, Inga gave us this during the break between camps, it was great value for money. First class all round.
