What To Expect

Your tour begins with picking you up from the specified address you choose. Time of pickup might change, it depend, from exact time of entrance to the Museum and order of hotel pickups. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is located 65 km from Kraków, in Oświęcim. The journey to The Museum will take about 1h 20 min. During the road our driver will explain to you everything about the tour, what it will look like step by step, and answer all your questions. Before your tour starts, you will have a 15-minute break for the toilet.

The first part of your tour is Auschwitz I, the former main concentration camp. You will learn everything about the beginnings of the concentration camp in this place, as well as about various things that happened there. The main part of the exhibition is located here.

5.00Great service all round. Communication was great from the start with What’s App message received not long after booking. Communication, as promised, the day before the trip was detailed and outlined all the information we needed. On the day, Igor our driver, picked us up on time and provided us with a detailed explanation of how the day would run. He was extremely helpful and provided great customer service throughout the trip. Would use this company again.
