For all bookings for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.
Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

What To Expect
Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
English guided tour in Auschwitz and Birkenau Museum is provided by a licensed museum guide . (Headphones are included) Visiting the camps takes around 3,5 hours and consists of sightseeing of two Nazi camps & Auschwitz and Birkenau.
Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square
Whole event takes around 7 hours. You will be picked up directly from your accommodation place in between 07:30am and 10:00am(pick up time will be confirmed). Meeting will took place either at the front-desk of a hotel or outside near an entry to apartments. Just after collecting all participants you will reach Auschwitz in about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Communication with the organisers was easy who always replied quickly. 24hrs beforehand great communication from both the organisers and the driver (Lucas) who was great with details of pickup point etc. Our tour guide (again named Lucas) was absolutely amazing! Perfect for this kind of tour, as he spoke softly & respectfully throughout, giving us plenty of information without overloading us and always in a very factual manner rather than ‘overdramatising’ fashion, giving us the opportunity to make our own minds up on the awful atrocities which took place here. Considering he was also unwell, full of cold, he still gave everything to the role and made this experience even more moving if that was ever possible. Thank you!

5.00Prompt pick up from our hotel. 1 hour and quarter drive to the camp. Lovely guide on arrival who took us round the camp and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend this trip.

5.00Picked up from our hotel by Artur and we were joined by 6 other passengers before heading to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Such a thought provoking and emotional trip. Our guide was terrific and very knowledgeable. It was busy but we were guided as a small group of around 24 of us and she was the guide for both Auschwitz and Birkenau. Birkenau tour is outside and there was a biting wind so dress up warmly. A must see and do albeit wry emotional.

5.00Our guide today, Igor, was so good. Such a difficult task leading a small group around Auschwitz, a place of such horror and inhumanity, yet he did so with great sensitivity. We were picked up on time by Igor in a small minibus sitting 8. He explained the process of entering with ID and where photos could not be taken. Nit a trip we were looking forward to but just needed to visit whilst in Krakow and a visit we will never forget

5.00Arthur picked us up, and this was a very organised process. Our tour guide was Joanna, who was very knowledgeable. The tour itself was great, and you cannot believe the atrocities that exist in Human history. We got to see Auschwitz I and II, and it's a very humbling experience to learn about the horrors of the past

5.00Every bit as eery and moving as expected. Auschwitz is a must visit place for many reasons, and the tour guides are so very knowledgeable, telling the story of the atrocities that took place there with such passion - you can't help but get a lump in your throat at times. The tour operator was spot on with their communication via email to confirm pick up times, and our driver, Lukas, was friendly and courteous, even letting me know via WhatsApp that he was running 5 minutes late due to traffic. Highly recommended and would use again.
