For all bookings for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

Whole event takes around 7 hours. You will be picked up directly from your accommodation place in between 07:30am and 10:00am(pick up time will be confirmed). Meeting will took place either at the front-desk of a hotel or outside near an entry to apartments. Just after collecting all participants you will reach Auschwitz in about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Really good trip. Our guide Igor was excellent from start to finish. Would recommend doing the small van trip. Picked up and dropped off from hotel. Well worth it.

Its a must to see and have a guide, we had a pick up from the hotel the driver was very nice and informed on the tour stayed with us until the start, and waiting for us at the end. The tour guide was lovely too.

The organisation is offering a pick-up time between 7-11 am. Although I got that slot confirmed the (very nice) driver met us at 6.15 am, which gave me a jet-laggy day. Both camps are impressive, but be aware that the visit is a real industry and the guided tour didn't give you time to stop and overthink what you are experiencing.

Very interesting visit, would not recommend if you have trouble with walking. As one of our group was in a wheelchair it was very difficult. As the tour was very time based he/we were left behind. The tour guide was very knowledgeable on the site. The tour organisers were very easy to deal with, and very prompt and very pleasant to deal with.

Transfer were faultless, turned up exactly when they said he would. Arthur was a great driver and arranged a good lunch for a great price. We were in a group of 30, which was far too many. The guide was very informative and knowledgeable. Sadly everything was very rushed, he was talking about certain things in the rooms and back out again even before we had entered so wasn’t sure as to what he was looking at sometimes or talking about. This isn’t the sort of tour that should be rushed. It’s about learning what atrocities occurred here and remembering the dead. Also getting a feel of how things must of been for them. Not to be whizzed round because it’s a money exercise.

Great communication from our driver Lukas, messaged the afternoon before with his details and confirming our pick up time and location, offered packed lunches and asked if we had any questions. Morning of the trip we were picked up on time, arrived early and skipped the queues. Took around 1 hour and 15 minutes to get there and the tour itself was around 4 hours long including the second camp. Tour guide was well knowledgable which added to the experience. Would highly recommend booking.
