By far the best transfer and tour operator in Krakow. We arranged the Aushwitz and Birkenhau trip with them, Michael was our driver, it was an emotive and thought provoking trip, our trip as at 3pm. Michael was a fabulous driver and took us to meet our tour guide and was waiting for us throughout the trip. Next trip was to Zakopane, Jacob was a fabulous driver, his knowledge of the area was second to none. He even took us to buy some traditional sheep cheese and showed us how it was made. He went above and beyond. Airport transfer and hotel pickup, second to none. Car's were immaculate and communication was excellent throughout.

We absolutely loved this day! The views were amazing. The food was amazing. It snowed while we were there too which was a bonus! Couldn’t fault this day at all. Kamil was our driver for this trip and for our trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau. He was very pleasant and helpful on both trips.

We really enjoyed our experience we were picked up in a clean Toyota car by kosi and he was very helpful and efficient he brought us to wooden village to see it and stopped off when asked along the way. Extremely professional and friendly and will definitely use this company when we return to krakow again. Louise and Richard

If your looking for a company to take you on trips/airport runs then we highly recommend using Krakow Connect. Good communication via WhatsApp prior to arriving in Krakow and when in krakow. The staff are punctual, friendly, helpful and speak good English.
