For safety reasons, each person entering the grounds of the Museum will be subject to security checks, including using electronic devices to detect dangerous materials and objects. Those who refuse checks will not be allowed on the grounds of the Museum

What To Expect
You will be picked up by our driver from your place of the accommodation. After about 1,5 ride driver will stop on the parking in front of main entrance to Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum. After your visit in museum you will meet your driver in the same place on parking, and then he will take you back to Kraków.

5.00When visiting any of the Auschwitz camps it's hard to say you're looking forward to it or that you're expecting to enjoy it. That said we always felt it was somewhere everyone should visit and have been keen to take our own children there so they can see first hand where the Jewish people where taken, locked up and subsequently murdered at the hands of such a tyrannical regime, we also felt now was the perfect time to go with the world in seemingly such chaos. It was informative and educational and delivered the metaphorical punch to the gut we expected. Definitely somewhere we should all visit but expect it to be as bleak as you can possibly imagine, if not worse. Visiting brought about some very interesting dialogue on the return trip to our hotel amongst us and we all agreed it was worth the trip.
