What To Expect

The formal tea gatherings, Chaji, are intimate, private gatherings where a small number of invited guests are served a full-course tea ceremony which includes serving meal, thick tea, and thin tea. Chaji is the culmination of regular tea lessons and can be considered the ultimate practical form of the Way of Tea.

My friends were absolutely delighted with the experience and came out of Ruriko's house glowing. Sadly, I only made the arrangements for my friends to spend time wtih Ruriko. I am bringing more friends in April 2026 and am eager to book an experience as soon as possible.
