Wonderful experience!! Good walking pace so no one gets left behind, absolutely amazing food and so much experience. Having an English speaking guide who is a Shanghai local made this experience even more unique. Thank you we learnt so much, ate so much and had a wonderful time

I was the only one booked on this, so I got a private tour! Very kind of them to run it given it was just me. Jade was fantastic, gave me a good run-down of some history and the food we would be eating. All of the food was delicious, even the more out there stuff. My favourite of all was probably the sesame peanut noodles with the poor topping, but the lamb skewers and dumplings were a very close second! The lemon yashi tea cider was also super different and a very cool twist on cider. All round wonderful evening and I can highly recommend.

Jade was friendly and professional and did a good job of showing us different aspects of local Shanghai food, giving us 7 (I think!) different tastings along the way and talking about the background to the cuisine. Go hungry because there was a lot of food! Also recommend bringing a bottle of water as no drink was provided (other than the tea tasting) until 2 hours into the tour.
