Raymond was a great tour guide! He introduced us to a large variety of food at a hawker centre in Chinatown so that we could learn what dishes we enjoyed the most. He also recommended other locations to eat at in Singapore. Finally, we really appreciated that he gave us recommendations on what to do during our stay.

We enjoyed our experience. William, our guide, customized our tour based on our tastes and which area where we stayed. My advice, is to let him take you to neighbourhood hawker centres where the locals dine. William was knowledgeable about restaurants, different types of food, and providing honest advice about some of the more popular spots, and their better alternatives. The highlights were the Hainanese curry rice, wonton mee, and curry laksa.

We did this excursion with William as the first stop on our honeymoon. He started off with history lessons on our way to the hawker center. We opted for the local cuisine tour, so he brought us to the Whampoa market, near where he grew up. Throughout the tour, William paid attention to what we liked, and tailored the next selection to our taste buds. He even brought us back to Little India for our last dish as he knew we liked curry. We tried 11 dishes in total, including several of his childhood favorites. I would recommend William’s tours to anyone who visits Singapore!

Raymond was knowledgeable, and very interesting. We learnt as much about Singapore history and culture as we did about our food. Highly recommend.

This tour was delicious, well organised, colourful and fun. Our guide made contact several times before the day and shared lots of informative stories during the tour. He chose a delicious range of food for us to try and combined the food experience with lots of information about the past and current times in this area. I would highly recommend this tour.

This was one of the most disappointing “food tours” I’ve ever experienced. I was taken to a single location and seated out of sight, around a wall and away from other people. I was not allowed to see where the food was coming from, which immediately raised concerns. What was presented as the entire tour offering was a large bowl of unpleasant soup, a plate of rice, and undercooked duck. I was told nothing else was available because everything was “closed,” despite it being only 7:30 PM and later tour times still being advertised. This felt misleading and far from what a food tour should provide. I did not eat the food and ended the tour early. I would strongly advise others to reconsider booking this experience.

William was very informative regarding the history and culture of Singapore, and conscientious about our various food tastes. Definitely do not eat before you go! I checked with us whether we would prefer a local experience or something more touristy, and we went for the local experience which was fantastic. Also gave great tips about getting around Singapore and want to see. Thanks again William

Aaron is a very friendly and enthusiastic guide. His choice of food was really good. There was so much food. We were shown quite a few areas. We would have liked to walk around the hawker centre rather than sitting and Aaron bringing us the food but we didn’t think of this at the time. We enjoyed the tour and recommended it to others.

Aaron was an excellent guide - friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Singapore's food scene. He took us to authentic local spots where we tried delicious dumplings, noodle soup, satay beehood, fried carrot cake, roti prata etc. Each dish showcased true local cuisine, and the host also shared fascinating insights about the food culture along the way. Highly recommend this tour if you want to experience real Singaporean street food with someone who genuinely knows their stuff!

We are so happy that we had the good fortune to have Aaron as our guide yesterday. His friendly nature made us feel welcome straight away. He showed us places we would never have found on our own, from the more slower paced local areas to the bustling side of Singapore. Aarons knowledge of Singapore is amazing, answering all of our questions with ease. We highly recommend Aaron for your guide, he gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us Thanks Aaron Leanne and Geoff
