This experience lives up to its title - very authentic and local! William was a fantastic guide. He took us to a local restaurant for chicken rice, a kopitiam (small hawker center), and a non-touristy hawker center. We tried several dishes that were tasty, interesting, and generous portions. William did a great job of explaining each dish, its history and significance. He also shared a great deal about Singapore and welcomed questions - all of which he answered very knowledgeably! All in all, a truly memorable experience!

Justin, our guide crafted this tour to us. He asked if we wanted traditional or touristy. We choose traditional, and he took us to places the locals eat. We went to a variety of places and had different types of food. We also learned a bit about the history and development of Singapore. He was also astute to our needs, slowing down if we needed to making sure we were comfortable.

Good mix of food at two different hawker halls with a bit of history in between while you digest the food from the first. Guide William was very knowledgeable and efficient.

William was an amazing tour guide! Through his tour, I was able to try many different kinds of flavors and the famous hawker meals. He made sure we learned about Singapore’s past, present and future through meals and destinations. I felt very welcomed and know what I want to visit on my next visit to Singapore. I would recommend this tour for anyone who is visiting for the first time or who wants to delve in deeper into the history of Singapore.

We really enjoyed our walking street food tour, and our guide Kristine was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As well as all the amazing food she took us to several places of interest and told us more about Singapore. Kristine was also flexible, and changed her tour to suit us, as we'd already been to Chinatown, so she happily took us to another area. The food was all soooooo good, and we ate far too much, and still couldn't finish it all! All in all an excellent tour, with a great guide and really good value for money.
