5.00Alex was really nice and handsome! The bus was really clean and the drive was safe. The cruise was amazing. Had the chance to spent my birthday on the cruise, and the staff even brought me a cake without me or my partner knowing! Would totally do it again! Thank you a lot!

5.00I had an incredible experience with Azura Cruise. From the moment we stepped on board, everything felt luxurious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The entire crew was welcoming and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. A special shoutout to our waiter, Lucky (Son), who was charismatic, attentive, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Our transportation guide, Alex, was also fantastic—funny, engaging, and incredibly thoughtful. He kept us entertained and made sure we were taken care of with drinks, candy, and snacks along the way. What stood out to me the most is how Vietnam continues to grow so rapidly, while still maintaining such high standards of hospitality. Experiences like this truly put Vietnam on the map. As someone who was born in Vietnam, this made me especially proud. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

5.00We had an amazing experience on the Azura Cruise in Halong Bay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the new room was absolutely fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view of the bay that made the whole trip even more special. The food throughout the cruise was delicious, with a great variety and consistently high quality. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Halong Bay, including to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoon or any other special occasion.

5.00Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day cruise with Azura. The transfer was bang on time , lovely coach - really comfortable. The ship was beautiful, very new and pristine. Our cabin was stunning with a lovely balcony. The food was delicious, the crew and cruise manager were heloful and attentive. The sights were just stunning and we loved the bamboo boat trip with the local oarsman. Our waiter, Noah deserves a special mention too as he was so kind and thoughtful. The trip began and ended with a transfer fo Halong and back accompanied by the charismatic guide Alex, who was just FABULOUS ! Highly recommend this trip.

5.00The entire experience from the transportation to and from Hanoi, a seamless experience. We opted for the bus pick up. Our tour guide, Alex has a great personality and communication skills. The drive was smooth and pleasant. The Azura boat cruise in Ha Long Bay exceeded all our expectations. The boat we stayed on was brand new and had only been operating since last month. The rooms where luxurious. The boat crew were all wonderful and had lovely personalities match. The activities were spaced out and allowed enough time to both relax and take in the view. It goes without staying that we highly recommend.

5.00The crew was so hospitable beginning with Alex (our bus tour guide) who was very easy to contact on What’s App and took us to a great Vietnamese pearl museum on our way to ha long. When we arrived on the boat, we were happily greeted by everyone and felt very welcome. We especially thought Noah and Jimmy were amazing on the boat. There were many excursions to do and dinner was awesome. Plus, the boat is brand new and very luxurious. Definitely worth booking.

5.00Had a wonderful time with Alex, very friendly and warm. Bus picked us up on time with no delay to schedule. He and the driver made the trip very smooth and accommodating. We briefly got to know a little bit about him and the passengers on board which made the journey so much more pleasant. He never ceased making us laugh with quick witty replies and eagerness to please. He was even able to include a short toilet stop for a desperate friend in need no dramas. We were lucky enough to have him there and back and I wouldn’t wish for any other driver.
