Amazing experience being able to learn about the lagoon while touring it on the boat. The boat took us to shallower spots on the lagoon where we felt comfortable enough to swim and frolic around. Both Miguel and Samuel were very friendly and informative.

This was fantastic and loads of fun. Our guides took us across the lagoon to some safe shallow areas for a few swims, played games with us, gave us food and drink, and taught us about the area from their local knowldge. Perfect. This is essential if you are in the area.

The lagoon trip was great. Our two guides were terrific, they told us a lot of information about the lagoon and its history. Our two guides were Romel and Sam. They were a lot of fun, kept us laughing and smiling. Sam was a new guy but he did a great job. Romel has been our guide before and just like before he was great and that’s the reason we keep coming back and booking this tour. Thanks guys and will definitely see you soon with a new group of friends. Thanks also for the great surfboard snack.

We had the tour by Rommel and Sam. They are amazing and are very friendly. We had such a great time and did their utmost best to make it comfortable for everybody. If you are a group of friends, highly recommended!

Fantastic afternoon had on the boat with Miguel and Rommel! The two of us had booked this tour through Viator, ideal because it can be booked far in advance and cancelled free of charge for up to 24 hours if necessary. The tour first took us to pirate island where we were allowed off the boat to swim. Then we continued to bird island to throw a ball. Then along several cenotes that border the lake. We ended the tour at the bird island where we were provided with fresh fruit and avocado toast, from where we saw the na from the mainland migrate back to the island. During the tour it was alternately cloudy but nevertheless it was a perfect afternoon on the water! Rommel told us all about the area and was very nice to chat with, he tries to improve his German and Dutch which makes for nice conversation. I would definitely recommend this tour to friends.
