Dress Code for Batu Caves
As Batu Caves is a holy place for Hindu faith, visitors must abide to the following rules:
Wear cloths that is not over expose your body, i.e. especially ladies
T-shirt or shirt with sleeves is allowable
Do not wear Short Pants or Hot Pants
Do not wear Short Skirts or Mini Skirts (above knee level)
Long Pants are allowable

What To Expect
Templer's Park (Waterfall) is a forest reserve in the Klang Valley, Selangor. Park is located about 6km from Rawang and 22km from Kuala Lumpur. It is 1,214 hectares and it was named in honour of Sir Gerald Templer, a British High Commissioner in Malaya. Along the trunk road is one of the oldest rainforest estimated more than 130 millon years. In consist of low and Diptro Carp Rain Foest & 7 Level of waterfall, jungle streams and trails. Wildlife can be spotted such as Park Monkey, hack-cuckoo, crested serpent Eagle, Emerland dove, woodpecker and various kind of toads can be found. Selayang Hot Spring or local name "Kolam Air Panas" is a very popular place among local. It's believed that the mineral content of the hot spring have cured visitors with illnesses like diabetes, gout, skin problems and many more. Batu Caves is a Hindu Temple located at the outskirt of Kuala Lumpur City. These limestone caves are 400 million years old. The world’s tallest Lord Muruga Statue with the height of 42.7m (130 feet high) is located here.

1.00The tour company messaged the morning of our tour to advise they did not have an available vehicle and stated we would need to reschedule. Very unprofessional! Because we only had limited time in KL this was not possible so we went ourselves, which was extremely easy to do and in fact you don’t need to organise a tour, just take a Grab there. We are still waiting for a refund despite contacting the company numerous times.

5.00Had such a nice time with this tour. Our driver Simba kept in touch with us and picked us up from the hotel. We went early and got good time at the batu caves. Our driver was very informative and told us about the history of all the spots. He took us to all stops and let us take our time and didn’t rush us. Had good conversation and the driver was very trustworthy. The waterfalls were the best and do remember to walk up more. Wear comfy and the right shoes for this trip. Very great tour and would recommend for a day trip!!!
