What To Expect
THIS IS A ROUND TRIP BOOKING Airport Arrivals: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Once you would have cleared Customs and immigration, please proceed to the exit of the terminal. Your chauffeur will then greet you at the exit of the terminal with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. You also have the option to stop to a grocery or liquor store for a 30 minutes complimentary. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Cruise Port Pick ups: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Your chauffeur will greet you at the exit of the terminal main gates with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Airport Departures: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Please be at the bell desk of your hotel at the time of pick up. Your chauffeur will advise the hotel bellman of your name and the bellman will call the chauffeur up once you have identified yourself to the bellman. For non hotel pick ups, the chauffeur will either ring the gate or door bell or call/ text you to announce his/her arrival. The chauffeur will then load up your luggage and provide assistance to any passenger requiring special care to enter and exit the vehicle. Your chauffeur will take the scenic route and drop you off to the airport in a timely manner. Cruise Ship Returns: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Please be at the bell desk of your hotel at the time of pick up. Your chauffeur will advise the hotel bellman of your name and the bellman will call the chauffeur up once you have identified yourself to the bellman. 5.00We reserved Simons Transportation months in advance for round-trip to / from the airport in Nassau to downtown a week apart, and for round-trip on a given day to Atlantis and return. The booking was easy, they replied timely to a number of my questions, their confirmation process was smooth and they communicated regularly leading up to and during our trip. We were reminded via Email of a trip the day before, and then the morning of a trip we were texted who our driver was by name and given his cell #. The drivers for all 4 trips were there before our scheduled time, were dressed professionally (white shirts, vests & ties) and were helpful with local suggestions, and friendly with our entire group. This is a top-notch organization.

5.00Clear and easy transaction with Simon Transport. Very transparent and prompt with their confirmation emails and receipts. If available, please ask for Ricky - friendly, knowledgeable and good conversationalist! Didn’t have to worry about pick up or drop off time. Will definitely call them again for the next trip to paradise!

5.00Strongly recommend! Relied on Simon's for my group of 7. They were early for all pick-ups, friendly, engaging with the kids (4 kids under 10 years old), and made sure we were totally covered at drop-off points before departing. Also, communication (both via email and text) prior to pick-ups was easy and super responsive, even when one round of flights was delayed 2 hours. Nothing but positive things to say about Simon's.

5.00Simon's Transport is amazing!!! They are a little pricier than some of the other private transport companies I saw, but they did not disappoint. They are quick to respond to any inquiries and answered all of my questions. They keep track of your flights in case you are running early or late and have someone waiting for you right outside the terminal with you name, then take you to your waiting car. Everything was clean and the drivers were very professional. Ricardo and Shaniqua were very awesome and very knowledgeable about the history of the island! I would definitely book Simon's Transport again the next time we are in Nassau.

5.00Was sick and tired of cramped Majestic Tours shuttle bus! Booked Simon's for the first time. Pick up at airport to Atlantis and vice versa on return. It was more pricey, but WORTH EVERY PENNY! On arrival, driver was Kareem. On departure, driver was Civian. They both were on time. They were both awesome!!! Very pleasant and friendly. Kareem stopped at a local supermarket for us, and both offered us complimentary beverages. Luxury SUV, Chevy Suburban, was clean and roomy. If you are looking for a private car service to your destination in Nassau, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIMON'S!
