What To Expect
THIS IS A ROUND TRIP BOOKING Airport Arrivals: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Once you would have cleared Customs and immigration, please proceed to the exit of the terminal. Your chauffeur will then greet you at the exit of the terminal with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. You also have the option to stop to a grocery or liquor store for a 30 minutes complimentary. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Cruise Port Pick ups: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Your chauffeur will greet you at the exit of the terminal main gates with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Airport Departures: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Please be at the bell desk of your hotel at the time of pick up. Your chauffeur will advise the hotel bellman of your name and the bellman will call the chauffeur up once you have identified yourself to the bellman. For non hotel pick ups, the chauffeur will either ring the gate or door bell or call/ text you to announce his/her arrival. The chauffeur will then load up your luggage and provide assistance to any passenger requiring special care to enter and exit the vehicle. Your chauffeur will take the scenic route and drop you off to the airport in a timely manner. Cruise Ship Returns: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Please be at the bell desk of your hotel at the time of pick up. Your chauffeur will advise the hotel bellman of your name and the bellman will call the chauffeur up once you have identified yourself to the bellman. For non hotel pick ups, the chauffeur will either ring the gate or door bell or call/ text you to announce his/her arrival. 5.00Simon's Transport is amazing!!! They are a little pricier than some of the other private transport companies I saw, but they did not disappoint. They are quick to respond to any inquiries and answered all of my questions. They keep track of your flights in case you are running early or late and have someone waiting for you right outside the terminal with you name, then take you to your waiting car. Everything was clean and the drivers were very professional. Ricardo and Shaniqua were very awesome and very knowledgeable about the history of the island! I would definitely book Simon's Transport again the next time we are in Nassau.

5.00Was sick and tired of cramped Majestic Tours shuttle bus! Booked Simon's for the first time. Pick up at airport to Atlantis and vice versa on return. It was more pricey, but WORTH EVERY PENNY! On arrival, driver was Kareem. On departure, driver was Civian. They both were on time. They were both awesome!!! Very pleasant and friendly. Kareem stopped at a local supermarket for us, and both offered us complimentary beverages. Luxury SUV, Chevy Suburban, was clean and roomy. If you are looking for a private car service to your destination in Nassau, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIMON'S!

5.00This was my first time to use this company and this will be my new go to in the Bahamas. This was my first solo trip to the Bahamas and I felt safe w this company and drivers. They were friendly, professional and punctual. The SUVs were like new. Very clean and comfortable. What I appreciate is that the Bahamas airport can be chaotic when everyone arrives and looking for rides. I was in the car and on the way to the hotel within minutes of arrival. Civian was my driver back to the airport and he was great and I enjoyed hearing his knowledge about his country. Highly recommend this company!

5.00Using Simons for our vacation transportation was an excellent choice! We were picked up on time for our arrival and departure from NAS to the Atlantis. Shawn, our driver on arrival, was exceptional! He shared island knowledge, humor and professionalism! He got us to a local grocery store, and he even helped load all the groceries! The staff was easy to work with when arranging our travel plans. I had to make some changes because of airline re-scheduling, and the booking staff was kind, helpful and quick to communicate. I would absolutely recommend Simons Transports to anyone visiting the island!
