5.00Great small batch distillery. Take the tour, do a tasting, bottle your own or even book the mixology class. Better yet, do it all! The mixology class was a blast and the cocktails were amazing. Two of the three cocktails are specific to this distillery. Timmy was our teacher and so much fun. After you made a cocktail, you were sent "outside to play" and enjoy your drink. When he was ready for us to come back in, he would ring the school bell to tell us "class was in session." Very laid back atmosphere and a great time all around.

5.00I recently attended the mixology class at John Watling’s Distillery and had such an amazing experience! The atmosphere was fun, interactive, and perfect whether you’re a beginner or already enjoy cocktails. Our instructor, Iesha, was absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, engaging, patient, and made the entire class so enjoyable. She explained everything clearly, kept the energy up, and made everyone feel included. The cocktails were delicious and I left learning new techniques I can actually use at home. If you’re visiting Nassau or looking for a fun experience with friends, I highly recommend this class. Definitely one of the highlights of my time there!
