Next, we’ll descend from Highland Park to the heart of Baku using the iconic Funiklyor (Baku Funicular), a thrilling and scenic ride that offers panoramic views of the city as we glide down to the lower part of Baku. The funicular is not only a modern transportation method but also a historical landmark, offering visitors a unique perspective of the city’s landscape. As we descend, enjoy stunning vistas of Baku’s waterfront and skyline, making for the perfect opportunity to capture memorable photos before we continue our adventure

5.00We had an awesome walking experience on our first day in Baku with Namiq. During our nearly 4 hours walk he gave us a good overview and interesting insights about Azerbaijan's history and development, the old town, the boulevard and highland park. Namiq could answer all our questions and was very helpful with things we could do in Baku. We really appreciated his advises. He created a nice atmosphere and I guess everyone in the group enjoyed the tour. If we come again to Baku we would book another tour with him.

5.00Excellent day trip around the most important sites of Baku.the guide had lots of important information for visiting Baku, we visted the small book museum,etc etc. We saw amazing views from the park after going up with the funicular. Was really a wonderful introduction to Baku.

5.00Namiq is such a gentleman, respectful and conservative. He tries to cater everything we need. He is very flexible in considering our needs and wants. Most importantly, he is knowledgeable with all the tourist spots, history of Azerbaijan and significant information about places.
