  The lady who managed the Cactus Travel Azerbaijan - Mrs Aliyeva was really helpful. She had been helping me making the plan for my Azerbaijan - Georgia trip, especially land crossing countries border. Her husband drove us to the border safely and gave us some tour stop along the road to the border. The car was really clean and smell fresh inside. Not only that, she was helping me to book a good room in a recommended hotel when I got scammed by a hotel in old city area. She was very responsive in answering my question about the city situation.   I booked this trip as all flights were sold out, I had heard many people say the borders are closed so I started to worry. I contacted the tour company with my concerns and they replied straight away assuring me that the borders are open for foreign foot passengers. We were picked up at 9am from our hotel (driver was 25mins early) and we were in our hotel in Georgia by 6pm. The driver to the border allowed us to make stops for washrooms and lunch, his driving was safe and car was very comfortable. We got dropped off at the entrance of the border. We passed through border control and our next driver was waiting for us, he drove us to our hotel pointing out landmarks and giving us information on the drive. Everything was straight forward and stress free. The communication from the travel company was superb, even messaging me to say I’m online all day incase you have any problems. I would 100% recommend this to anyone as it was also cheaper than flying and you get to see parts of the country you wouldnt have seen like the snow capped mountains.

  Very smooth service. We were picked up in Baku, in a nice car we were transferred to Seki. Cactus arranged our accommodation Next day we were taken to the Georgian border. Azada helped us getting in contact with the Georgian side transfer company. She was always available for questions. All in all highly recommend!

  Great customer service. Very responsive team. We drove from Baku to sheki, stayed overnight at sheki and then drove to the border the next day. After crossing the border we were picked up by another driver who took us through signaghi to Tbilisi. The reservation was handled extremely well. The drivers were all great as well. Overall, we highly recommend them.

  Yes,I recommend this trip company! Very nice staff who show around to many sightseeing places where you can make good memories, take advantage of the beautiful nature,take nice pictures,eat cheap but very good food.We got to be in the middle of nature,by the sea,in waterfalls,etc.We stayed in the capital of Georgia,that is Tbilisi then we got to go on to Batumi-one of the finest cities in all Georgia that makes a difference with its own nature.We also visited “The botanic garden” in Batumi.In Tbilisi it was more old museums,buildings,etc. Can only say that it was one of the unforgettable trips I had made so far with the family!Everyone is very happy.In addition, we got to rent a minibus where all friends and family members got to ride with, it was really fun to sing, laugh and talk together.
