Our Azerbaijani wine tour with our guide Fuad was an unforgettable experience! We had the chance to taste a wide variety of local wines, and I was especially impressed by the unique flavor of Black Currant wine and the smooth, rich taste of Bayan Shira – both truly remarkable and unlike anything I’ve tried before. The highlight for me was the Karabakh wine, which had an outstanding, memorable taste that reflects the deep winemaking traditions of Azerbaijan. Fuad was an excellent guide, knowledgeable and passionate about the history and culture of Azerbaijani wines, making the whole tour both educational and enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, from the cozy wine bars to the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this tour and company to anyone who wants to discover the hidden gems of Azerbaijan’s wine culture.

Our wine tour in Azerbaijan was an absolutely delightful experience! Guided by Emin, who impressed us with his knowledge and passion for local traditions, we discovered the rich variety of Azerbaijani wines that truly deserve international recognition. The highlights were the unique pomegranate wine, with its deep fruity taste, the elegant Madrasa wine that reflected centuries of winemaking heritage, and the refreshing black currant wine, a perfect surprise. Emin explained the history of each wine in a fascinating way and created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for the whole group. The tasting was perfectly organized, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy and learn. I highly recommend this company and their tours to everyone who wants to explore the authentic flavors of Azerbaijan!

Our tour guide name was Emin. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the various wines we tasted. He also provided us with some history about Baku and Azerbaijan as a whole. He gave us recommendations on where we could find good traditional for as well. He went at our pace and made the experience nice.

Emin was our guide during our Wine Crawl and Tasting, and we were thoroughly impressed by his insights into Azerbaijani wines. He helped us identify which wines we might enjoy based on our usual preferences. Emin also taught us the proper technique for swirling wine in the glass, how to breathe in the aromas, and how to identify different notes on the palate. He knows the best places to try specific wines, and our experience with him was fantastic! I would highly recommend the following wines: Savalan Cabernet Merlot, Boorla Rosé, and Hillside Prestige.

A great little wine trip in town to see a little bit of the city, learn a little about it and dive into wine tasting a bit. I strongly suggest this if you like wine, but have never learned a lot about it. I would also suggest this if you want to just have a guide show you a few bars. As you are with a random group, it is somewhat limiting if you want to get into serious detail with the wines of Azerbaijan, but for the price, it is a wonderful option.
