  • Balabac 3D/2N - Private Cruise

An experience not to be missed! We took the 3-day/2-night private cruise to Balabac and there were five of us. We booked beach huts directly on the beach as an extra. The departure is at night in a van to reach the port of Bulyluan. We saw beaches with incredible water, islands with lush vegetation and saw many turtles. The conditions are basic but that's not the kind of comfort you come here for. We recommend this experience to people who enjoy slightly "roots" adventures. The only downside: given the price of the cruise, which is quite high for Asia, we expected the organization to be smoother at times. Other recommendations if you choose to have this experience: - bring a large dry bag for your belongings - you can't take your suitcases with you and there's no concierge service offered: so remember to check with your hotel to see if they can store them for you for a few days. Also, there are many beach camps: ours was Kamp Malaya which we really enjoyed. There was a shop where you could buy food and other necessities but this wasn't the case at all the beach camps (not the one in Onok for example). If you're a group of at least five people, we recommend choosing a private cruise, even though it's more expensive: it's more flexible and much more comfortable, especially for the van and boat transfers, as well as for the meals.

We had such an amazing time with the Benjee's crew on a private trip. They were able to provided very delicious vegetarian food on short notice and looked after us all very well, even making night time boat runs to another island to get us some more drinks! The team really went above and beyond, and a special thank you for helping return my phone to me after I left it behind in the transport vehicle. There's nobody else I would go with for this experience, it was really the highlight of our trip and I hope to return and do it all again one day. Salamat po 🙌🏼💓🙏

  • Balabac 3D2N tour with our guide, Renz.

We had an unforgettable 3D2N Balabac tour with our guide, Renz, who made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Getting to Onuk Island isn’t easy, but it’s absolutely worth the journey! The islands were stunning, crystal clear waters, powdery white sand, and mesmerizing sunsets. Renz and his crew did an excellent job keeping us safe and taking us to the best spots. The accommodations were simple, camping-style with traditional showers (tabo) and restrooms, which added to the island experience. We truly loved it and had an amazing time!
