5.00The driver was very communicative through WhatsApp, which was great. However, there was a language barrier in person, so there wasn't much interaction during the car ride. He didn't wait in the crowd of drivers, which was both convenient, so we could find him more easily, but we had to find the Circle K. The vehicle was spacious for our group and well air-conditioned, which was much needed. The driver helped with all our luggage, and the ride went smoothly.

5.00Great communication from driver on day of arrival. It was suggested to us to make a second booking for a car for our luggage as there ended up being 11 of us all together. I did this and there were no hassles at all. Both cars waiting together when I arrived.
