Pickup procedure: the operator will wait up to 30 minutes from the pickup time before leaving (no refunds after this time).

5.00Our experience was perfect! Owen, our driver, was phenomenal. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Always on time and even drove us to some amazing photo spots without a lot of tourists. I had an itinerary that was pretty ambitious and we were able to hit all the spots. His english was great as well. Car was always clean and Owen cleaned the car of our trash everytime we stop at a destination. Impeccable service. Highly recommend this company for the private car hire, especially if your driver is Owen.

5.00As a solo traveller, i highly recommend this service and especially my driver Beno. He is such a nice and helpful person, helped me plan my day in the best way possible, waited patiently with a smile always on his face. He also recommended some places and cafés which were a gem! I was having a different driver the following day, but i cancelled and asked Beno to be my guide for another day too. My itinerary went as planned and better, and i am in love with Bali already!!!!!!!!!!

5.00I used it when I went to Sanur. 3 adults 2 children and 3 carrias could ride enough and was comfortable. The White Chief is friendly and speaks good English. Friendly take me anywhere and explain and service was good. I want to meet again next time. I would like to recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

5.00We booked a full-day charter service, and Abi Wah was our driver. He was very flexible and accommodated all of our requests, which made our trip even better. He has a very kind personality, and even though we don’t speak English well, he made an effort to understand us. We had a really great time. We would definitely book again when we visit Bali next time.
