One of the best ways to truly experience a culture is to learn about and taste the traditional cuisine. On our Balinese Cooking Class & Tanah Lot Temple Visit you’ll get a chance to cook delicious Balinese food and then once you're full, finish the day off with a visit to the famous Temple.

The day will start with you being picked up from your Bali hotel or villa by one of our awesome local tour guides. You’ll be taken to your cooking class where you’ll meet your instructor and journey to the local market to gather fresh ingredients for your traditional dishes.

The day will start with you being picked up from your Bali hotel or villa by one of our awesome local tour guides (prepare to be entertained - these guys are always up for a laugh)! You’ll be taken to your cooking class where you’ll meet your instructor and journey to the local market to gather fresh ingredients for your traditional dishes. Great experience! We loved everything about it - the kitchen, the menu and the team! We are happy to have learned some balinese recipes and feel very inspired to try some of them at home. We were picked up and dropped back to our hotel by Aprio. The course is hands on, as it should be. Thank you guys - you were great!

Loved this tour!!! Had the best time learning how to make various Balinese dishes!! The chef, Soni, and his staff were the best!! Very encouraging and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions we had and made this the best experience!! Food was delicious!! We all received a cookbook with all the recipes we made. Also appreciate that they gave us suggestions for substitute ingredients based on where we live. Would do this tour again in a heartbeat!!

This class is absolutely phenomenal. Chef Komang was super warm and welcoming, and he gave really clear instructions and assigned us all roles when we needed to divide and conquer. We made a huge feast! The food was delicious, and we all got physical and digital cookbooks of everything we made. The Tanah Lot Temple afterwards was super cool, and Beni was such a fun driver and guide. He was super informative about the temple, and on top of that he took great pics of me both during the class and at the temple. He also took me to a coffee place afterwards since we had extra time, and I sampled like 14 different coffees and teas. ForeverVacation did a great job coordinating everything for me, and I'm really glad I did this!

This was an amazing experience! Would highly recommend and our driver Aprio was the perfect guide. He was very informative, very adaptable to our needs and responsive when a conflict came up and he helped us figure out an alternative solution for the day! Overall he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day.

This experience was absolutely 10/10. The pick up and drop off was so seamless. it was the second time using Aprio from Forever Vacation and he has such a wealth of knowledge . If you have any questions from culture to directions he can answer it. Very well informed and a great personality. The cooking class was amazing . I loved that we got to cook multiple dishes and were around other people which made it fun to make new friends. The food was amazing and I learned so much about the Balinese cuisine with the market walk through and also the class itself. and it was also beautiful being able to visit Tanah lot temple. I highly recommend this activity through Aprio with forever vacations.

The cooking class with Tommy followed by a trip to the Tanah Lot temple was amazing. April drove us everywhere and nothing was too much. Jayanta on photography was awesome and popped up where you least expected him Both are a credit to their team!

So much fun and so much food!!!! Our Chef Jim taught us so much in the market and was not only an excellent teacher and chef but also so much fun! Our drivers Raffi and Ngurah were beyond fabulous!! They went out of their way to add amazing adventures to our trip and were incredibly informative and helpful! They took out phones and captured so many moments for us. Ngurah was like having a professional photographer along with us.

Bali is beautiful, but what topped off our tour was our driver and tour guide: Ngurah. He was incredibly kind, friendly and informative. We were so lucky to find that he could take the most stunning photos!!! He truly made our day and we couldn’t be happier!! We would recommend him a thousand times over.
