Exploring at night and by the iconic tuk tuk is a great way to discover Bangkok and learn about the local culture.
This is considered a cultural tour, sightseeing with food at local restaurant.
***Do not misunderstood this tour with our fully food focused "Bangkok Evening Street Food Tuk Tuk Adventure" which is more suitable for someone looking for street food experience.***
On this 4-hour tour you will:
• Whizz around Bangkok in a tuk tuk
• Visit The Flower Market, the grounds of Wat Prayoon, and Chinatown
• Explore the historic part of Bangkok, and see famous temples and sights illuminated at night
• Enjoy snacks, dinner and a dessert!
This tour is available in 2 options:
• Small group join in tour with maximum 12 guests (available daily)
• Private Tour for just yourself (suitable for families with young children).

We meet at a BTS (Skytrain) Station as traffic in the evening can be bad. Strongly encourage guests to take the Skytrain / Public Transport to our meeting point
Please Note: Temples buildings are usually closed at night but the atmosphere in the grounds are special.
Some walking is involved through markets and around temples
This tour is suitable for vegetarians. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
This is an alcohol free tour and please be aware that it is illegal to drink in the tuk tuk. We reserve the right to stop the tour if there is drunken behaviour. We do provide soft drinks throughout the tour.
Minimum age of 10 years old for small group tour option. Children are allowed on private tours but must buy a ticket if over 5.: This is an evening cultural tour and will finish about 11pm so it is not advisable for young children.
If it rains it is more fun: We run the tour throughout the year and have never had to cancel a tour due to rain. If it rain we have ponchos, rain covers and umbrellas. You may get a little wet but if you bring a positive attitude you may discover it is even more memorable:
Changes to itinerary: The restaurants and food stores we eat at may vary from day to day depending on what's open.
There are 2 people per tuk tuk. If you book as 3 or 5 people you may have 3 people in 1 tuk tuk. If you book as an individual you may share with another guest.
For join-in tour option: This is a small group tour limited to 10 people per group.
Due to COVID this tour has not been run regularly and will be constantly reviewed to ensure the best experience. Wat Pho is currently closed at night and has been changed to Wat Arun. It is possible they will switch back.
Not recommended for travelers with walking difficulties

What To Expect
Thonburi
For this tour your will need to make your way to our meeting point at Krung Thonburi BTS Station. Here you will meet your guide, who will introduce the tour before you hop into your tuk-tuk (2 or 3 people per tuk tuk). Krung Thonburi is the first station when you cross over the river to the Thonburi side of Bangkok. Thonburi has a much more local feel and we will explore both local life and history on this side of the river before crossing over to the historic area of Rattanakosin.
Wongwian Yai area
We will stop at a local street food market area to sample a selection of snacks and learn about the local way of life and culture.

5.00Amazing experience - would definitely recommend and Tony was a brilliant tour guide! You get the opportunity to try lots of different local dishes at the market and it’s such a fun way to see the city. The mango sticky rice at the end of the tour was definitely a highlight!

5.00I cannot tell you how incredible this tour was! We saw so much and had several different stops for food. Our guide, Jazzy, WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! He shared so much knowledge of the areas we saw plus added a fantastic sense of humor. I’d do this tour a million times again! It’s worth every penny. Note, I booked directly through their website.

5.00Tony was great! He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The itinerary and timing of the tour were perfect. My friend and I were staying in Chinatown and Tony walked us to our hotel once the tour was over. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to site see and eat without being overwhelmed with decisions and transportation.

5.00Absolutely loved everything about this tour, it was so well organised, ran perfectly to time, big attention to detail from both Tuk Tuk driver and guide with cold flannels ready, emergency ponchos, photos take , water etc. itinerary was adjusted where needed to take into account weather as we had a down pour. Felt very safe in Tuk Tuk despite crazy weather & Bangkok traffic. Our guide Sa Sa was very knowledgable with interesting facts about sights visited & food sampled. All food good & enough to eat. Additional activities included I wasn’t expecting like learning how to fold flower leaves.iced it all and would hesitate to recommend, this company & all staff fantastic and this really made our few nights in Bangkok & first visit to Thailand very special. Thank you :)

5.00An amazing experience! Our tour guide “Duck” made this tour memorable. The care and passion she displayed throughout really made us feel apart of the welcoming Thai culture. The stops felt authentic and not overly touristy yet the tours of the sites of the Grand Palace at night were beautiful with gold sparkling at night. The night tour also helps you avoid the punishing heat and Chinatown looks so much nicer at night. My only regret is not doing this tour first thing after arriving in Thailand.

5.00After a little difficulty finding the rendezvous (which was entirely down to us, we didn’t believe it could be over the freeway)! Sasa was a sassy entertaining tour guide giving us lots of incites into Thai and Buddhist culture. She organised fabulous photo ops with the aid of her tuk tuk driver lighting crew (special thanks to Mr Thongpoon, for being such a considerate driver and dropping us home). The Michelin Pad Thai restaurant was a lovely old institution. We could have done with more spice, however, partly sorted with a sprinkle of chilli powder.
