Exploring at night and by the iconic tuk tuk is a great way to discover Bangkok and learn about the local culture.
This is considered a cultural tour, sightseeing with food at local restaurant.
***Do not misunderstood this tour with our fully food focused "Bangkok Evening Street Food Tuk Tuk Adventure" which is more suitable for someone looking for street food experience.***
On this 4-hour tour you will:
• Whizz around Bangkok in a tuk tuk
• Visit The Flower Market, the grounds of Wat Prayoon, and Chinatown
• Explore the historic part of Bangkok, and see famous temples and sights illuminated at night
• Enjoy snacks, dinner and a dessert!
This tour is available in 2 options:
• Small group join in tour with maximum 12 guests (available daily)
• Private Tour for just yourself (suitable for families with young children).

We meet at a BTS (Skytrain) Station as traffic in the evening can be bad. Strongly encourage guests to take the Skytrain / Public Transport to our meeting point
Please Note: Temples buildings are usually closed at night but the atmosphere in the grounds are special.
Some walking is involved through markets and around temples
This tour is suitable for vegetarians. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
This is an alcohol free tour and please be aware that it is illegal to drink in the tuk tuk. We reserve the right to stop the tour if there is drunken behaviour. We do provide soft drinks throughout the tour.
Minimum age of 10 years old for small group tour option. Children are allowed on private tours but must buy a ticket if over 5.: This is an evening cultural tour and will finish about 11pm so it is not advisable for young children.
If it rains it is more fun: We run the tour throughout the year and have never had to cancel a tour due to rain. If it rain we have ponchos, rain covers and umbrellas. You may get a little wet but if you bring a positive attitude you may discover it is even more memorable:
Changes to itinerary: The restaurants and food stores we eat at may vary from day to day depending on what's open.
There are 2 people per tuk tuk. If you book as 3 or 5 people you may have 3 people in 1 tuk tuk. If you book as an individual you may share with another guest.
For join-in tour option: This is a small group tour limited to 10 people per group.
Due to COVID this tour has not been run regularly and will be constantly reviewed to ensure the best experience. Wat Pho is currently closed at night and has been changed to Wat Arun. It is possible they will switch back.
Not recommended for travelers with walking difficulties

What To Expect
Thonburi
For this tour your will need to make your way to our meeting point at Krung Thonburi BTS Station. Here you will meet your guide, who will introduce the tour before you hop into your tuk-tuk (2 or 3 people per tuk tuk). Krung Thonburi is the first station when you cross over the river to the Thonburi side of Bangkok. Thonburi has a much more local feel and we will explore both local life and history on this side of the river before crossing over to the historic area of Rattanakosin.
Wongwian Yai area
We will stop at a local street food market area to sample a selection of snacks and learn about the local way of life and culture.

5.00Good amount of food. Jib was friendly and informative, not only did we visit a variety of food markets and restaurants we also called a temple, fed turtles and some monuments of the city. A perfect mix of culture, food and fun. It was hard to find the meeting point, but the guide was helpful when we called.

5.00Jib was a great guide, saw so much in 4 hours, lots of history, visited temples, fabulous food stops, flower markets. Would never have seen as much of the city on our own, great way to see it. Would just like to point out meeting place for start of tour is actually on the bridge for the access to the railway station.

5.00Me and my family had the best time on this tour! There were 6 of us and we opted to book the private tour. “P” was our tour guide and he was so friendly, informative, and his English was great. It was the perfect amount of history, sightseeing, and food. We were absolutely stuffed by the end of the tour and took our mango sticky rice home with us. The tuk tuks go pretty fast but we never felt unsafe and all three of the drivers were awesome. This was a great way to see the city and experience some of the local food and culture!

5.00This tour was truly amazing! You cannot come to Bangkok and not book this tour! This tour mixes food and temples all in one and we ended in China Town. Our Tour Guide Net was simply FANTASTIC! Next time I’m in Bangkok I’m going to do it again and I hope I get to have her as a my guide again!
