Choo Chai was a wonderful guide! When he met us at our hotel, because my husband and I had already done a lot of sightseeing, I told him that I would like to buy some pottery, bamboo products, and Thai textiles. As it turned out, he knew exactly where to go and was especially knowledgeable about textiles. (He has a bachelors degree in textile manufacturing and in his free time, he designs, dyes and produces clothing with natural indigo.) Such a fun day and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

This review is long overdue, but I had the absolute best time with our guide, Oil. She knew how to craft the perfect itinerary based on the time we had and what we were interested in seeing, and it was so easy to explore when you're with a private guide who knows the language and how to navigate the city. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Bangkok, as it's such a great value and helps ensure that you're making the best use of your time. I will definitely book this again if (when) I return to Bangkok, and I hope to have Oil as my guide the next time too!

Honestly, you can customize your own agenda. Yuut (my guide) was great to work with and very informative throughout the experience. He had great contact with me prior to pick up, where I was able to provide my wish-list of sites for the day. Based on the logistics, we negotiated the best plan. I encouraged him for any suggestions along the way, and he did just that. He was knowledgable and constantly checked in with my needs and desires.
