What To Expect
We will leave Bangkok and travel to the train station, which takes approximately 1.5 hours.
We will take a scenic, non-air-conditioned local train ride through the Thai countryside, with everything passing right next to the train. The ride to the train market takes approximately 1 hour.

5.00I must say I was a bit worried when I was told we would travel in a bus and that there would be 30 of us, but Kathy was a fantastic guide and we had plenty of time to explore on our own and then meet again at specific points. There are a lot of tourists in both markets but it was still quite interesting and good fun! The driver was also great.

5.00Our tour guide Kathy was very friendly and helpful. Overall a smooth trip and good experience. A little bit regret that we missed stopping by at a very nice looking painting shop during the start of the boat ride, suggest if you spot anything interesting do ask to stop as the boat will not turn back.
