Your host, Leandra, a passionate Barbadian and self-taught sorbet maker, can’t wait to welcome you to her home. With her guidance, you’ll sample some of the island’s freshest local fruits, learn the stories behind them, and then roll up your sleeves to transform them into a delicious sorbet. But we’re not stopping there—you’ll also savor a curated selection of handcrafted fruit sorbets made by Cool Comfortz Frozen Delights bursting with Bajan flavors. Refreshing!

This isn’t just a class; it’s a fun, hands-on & immersive journey into the vibrant taste of Barbados! Beyond the flavors, this experience offers a rare chance to connect with a local, step into a real Bajan home, and gain insight into island life through fruit, stories, and warm hospitality.
