Join us aboard Tranquility Cruises a Snorkel Boat for our 90 minutes turtle & shipwreck adventure. The cruise departs from our. Dock in the Careenage in Bridgetown. Our journey takes us to Carlisle Bay, on most days Carlisle Bay boasts calm turquoise waters with no undertow, delicately lapping on the soft white sand. This bay draws both locals and tourists alike with its breath-taking beauty above water, but also its’ thriving marine park that is enjoyed by scuba divers and snorkelers alike. Under the surface of the sea Carlisle Bay comes alive with vibrant tropical fish in abundance, sea horses, sea turtles, octopus, rays, and much more!

If you are booking with transport but are not staying at a hotel please provide the name and location of the villa or accommodation and we will advise you if we can pick you up there or your nearest pick up point.
If you suffer from motion sickness, we recommend taking precautions before the start of the tour. Please also advise your tour guide. Whilst we can sympathize and will try to make you as comfortable as possible our island roads can be bumpy at windy. We must also ensure we take care of all our customers and ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle. If you are ill on board, you will be required to reimburse the driver before the end of the tour for the cleaning fee of between US seventy five and one hundred and fifty dollars. Thank you for your kind understanding. This is not applicable to the boat portion of your tour.

Located on the southwestern coast of Barbados, Carlisle Bay's beaches offer calm waters, making this an ideal place to swim. The bay's six shipwrecks also make this area a great spot for snorkeling. Marine animals you may see while exploring these gentle waters include rock lobsters, turtles and fish.

5.00I was looking for an exciting excursion for my son’s 9th birthday. My son had a great time from start to finish. The crew was amazing and made us feel safe when we were on board and in the water. I cannot swim so the life jacket and life preserver definitely gave me a piece of mind. The ocean was beautiful, it’s an amazing sight to see. The turtles and fish are just swimming all around you and I was able to take a lot of memorable photos. I highly recommend!!

5.00Friendly staff who were patient and accommodating with everyone based on their comfort in the water and their swimming abilities. They were very attentive, checking in on everyone while in the water. The shipwrecks were very cool to see and we saw plenty of marine life, including turtles who swam very close to us!

5.00We had a fantastic experience - travelling with a toddler is sometimes challenging and taking her on a boat is always risky. The crew made it all possible, from helping us ensure safety in water for her to showing her around the boat and letting her ‘feed’ the fish when she got a bit bored. All that on top of taking the whole tour into locations with multiple wild turtles of various ages and sizes, explaining the wildlife situation in Barbados really well and identifying and naming variety of fish for the guests. I was very impressed. And lastly, the boat was clean- like really really clean. Would go with them again.
