We were looking forward to this Paella class and it did not disappoint. Simon and Gigi were great chefs/hosts. They made us laugh while they were teaching us the step by step procedures for making sangria, Paella, and a traditional Spanish dessert. A group of strangers ended up bonding over good food and a continuous flow of sangria! From the trip to the market to pick out our seafood, to the hands on prep and detailed instructions to the actual eating of the paella and dessert, this was a great experience! If you're looking forward to eating Paella in Spain, this is the way to do it.

Such a fun evening learning how to make sangria and authentic Spanish paella with Alberto! We enjoyed our walk to the Boqueria market and seeing all of the beautiful produce and fresh seafood offerings. Fantastic experience from start to finish - everyone in our group was very friendly and we had a great time cooking and eating the paella together! The almond cake was the perfect dessert to follow this incredible meal. A must do experience for anyone visiting Barcelona. Alberto made the entire night so much fun.

Wonderful BUT they gave a link for the recipes which does not work so……we are left without a contact or how to make this beautiful dish ourselves.
