You will walk through the mountains of Bariloche, away from the noise and stress of big cities and in the tranquility of the mountains. We will choose the most appropriate place for you and with a difficulty according to what you want. Be encouraged to feel the wind on your face and fill your shoes with dirt, enjoy the singing of the birds and the beautiful flora of our Andean Forest.

5.00Diego was simply outstanding. We were lucky enough to make the excursion to Cerro López with him, and we could not have had a better experience. From the first moment, he was totally friendly, attentive and professional. It made us feel very safe and truly welcomed at all times, taking care of every detail with a lovely naturalness. 5.00Diego was very helpful for us to prepare for the hike, and our guide during the actual hike (Marco) was *incredibly* helpful, supportive, and accommodating. An uncharacteristic amount of rain and snow dumped on us while we tried to hike through the 4 refugios, and he was very accommodating and cheerful. He made the hike such a pleasant experience, despite the conditions, and we cannot recommend him enough.

5.00We spent a great day with Diego on a very private, awesome walk through a remote part of Nahuel Huapi that included a boat ride across Brazos Machete. If you want something personalized, with great attention to your specific abilities and interests, Diego is your guide. He knew we were interested in birding and within 10 minutes on the trail heard and helped us spot a Magellenic Woodpecker. It is easy and fun to work with him in English and Spanish and we give him our strongest recommendation.

5.00It was four days of trekking through the mountains of Bariloche, we faced cold, snow and finally a beautiful sunny day. The mountains are beautiful, the lakes of an amazing blue! It was very worth it and I super recommend the work of Peumayen. Diego, the guide, guided us with a lot of safety and sympathy.

5.00We did the trek from Ref. Jakob to Ref Laguna Negra with Diego and it was nothing short of spectacular! Diego was so knowledgeable about the route which gave us peace of mind on the trail and allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery. He answered all of our questions about the scenery and route as well as providing a positive vibe to the trek. If you plan on doing a trek in Argentina or Chile, we would highly recommend Diego as your guide!

5.00I’ve gone on 5+ treks with Diego now — on a mix of adventures solo, in groups, and with friends. Each time he has been an incredible guide. Our first trek together was in March 2022 on the classic traverse between Refugio Frey and Refugio Jakob. I was instantly impressed by his detailed organization and communication before the trek. During the hike he was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot about the area. Last winter in August 2023, he guided a snowshoe trip with a friend to Refugio López. He’s expertly led additional solo traverses, such as from Refugio Lopez to Refugio Laguna Negra. Also, he planned a multi-day group trek from Pampa Linda to Refugio Meiling, across Glacier Alerce to Refugio Rocca, and Paso de las Nubes to Lago Frías. Such a stunning and diverse 3 days! I trust and recommend Diego 100%. Thank you Diego for guiding and organizing several of the best experiences around Bariloche!
