This was a really interesting tour. Justin our guide, was knowledgeable and clearly has a deep historical expertise in Jane Austen and Bath. His casual and friendly style was perfect and we learnt a lot about Jane Austen's life and the influence Bath had on her writing. Highly recommended.

My mother(very active 80 yr old) and I enjoyed a wonderful tour walking tour of Bath with Justin. We booked a 2 hour walking tour with emphasis on Jane Austen, but Justin was able to provide so much more than that. He provided a lovely walking tour of Bath with a tremendous amount of historical information about Bath, the links to Jane Austen and her family's time in Bath and very interesting fact and stories about the development of Bath. He was very patient and accommodated our walking pace and interests. We made several interesting stops along the way. We would absolutely recommend Justin and In and Beyond Bath tours for any of your interests. They are top notch, professional, extremely knowledge, friendly and a wonderful way to experience a new location. The communication from booking through meeting and the tour was perfect. We will return and use them again. If you're lucky enough to get Justin, enjoy your tour!

My 17 year old and I spend an enjoyable morning with Mike learning about Bath.. off the beaten tourist track. It was wonderful to hear about the layers of history, walk the canals, see the 7 hills and learn about the architecture and history. Easy to do the baths themselves without a guide. I would highly recommend Mike and this tour group. Very engaging and super responsive. Great day in Bath

My niece and I went on a tour of Bath with Heather as our guide. It was a gentle tour, with lots of entertaining, sometimes gory, tales and historical information which gave us a feel for how it was to live in Georgian Bath. Included a visit to Beau Nash silver shop and an interesting chat with Duncan Campbell about the history of silver. Had a break for cup of tea half way through. Also came away with lots of ideas for things to do on our second day in Bath. Can recommend.

My teenage son and I had one day in Bath and we are so happy we chose this tour. Heather was friendly and knowledgeable. We felt like we were walking around Bath with a friend rather than taking a tour!

As there were just myself and my husband on the tour, it was a real treat. Our guide was friendly and shared interesting and amusing information. She also included some great anecdotes which she had collected whilst researching the tour. She went over and above our expectations. We would heartily recommend her personal approach - like visiting with a good friend.

Passionate is how I would speak about Irina our guide. There was a misunderstanding about the pick up what she solved smooth. Very kind. After that she had a very interesting story about the city. She brought Bath to live for us. The days after the tour we recognize places we visit with the tour. And it felt as if we knew Bath. The tour was a very nice experiance. It is a very easy tour, not too much. I think everyone can walk this tour. Thanks again Irina. Anton van de Water Netherlands
