What To Expect
Batumi Boulevard
First stop is Piazza square. Then we move to Church of St. Nicholas. Next stop is Europe square and statue of Medea. From here we go to drama theater of Batumi. Afterwards group visits dancing fountain and walk down to boulevard. Then we visit moving statue of Ali & Nino and Batumi port.
Mtirala National Park
Once we get in the park we cross the river by the handmade cable-car and hike for 3 km to the waterfalls. People who like cold water can swim in waterfalls. There is a rope attraction in the park that is children's favorite spot. Once we're exhausted and full with emotions we get in the van and drive back to Kutaisi

4.00The experience was superb. Our guide Seba was amazing and so friendly. We had a long chat from about history and many things on different topics, on our way and back from kutaisi to batumi. The only reason am giving 4 star is eek had to cancel the hike as the weather was bad and switch to to another tour pack which includes the waterfalls with Georgian food and dance. Our previous package included the city tour of batumi which we thought is still included but was not there.. We could not see batumi city but just had a chance to cross through it. The instructions from the agency was not that clear untill we realized it ourselves. We thought heh city tour was going ahead it's just the hike was getting cancelled. But anyways the rest of the trip was absolutely wonderful.

4.00We did this tour in 2 couples of friends from Kutaisi, because we were interested in visiting Batumi. It was really worth it, because the city is really beautiful, quiet, cozy and very modern and full of skyscrapers, very different from other historic cities in Georgia. The tour departs early in the morning from Kutaisi and arrives in Batumi around 10am, then takes a 2-hour walking tour of the city with a local guide. Free time until 2 pm, then from their office you always leave with the guide to Mtirala National Park, a beautiful park 1 hour drive from Batumi, exploreable via special trails to admire a river, a pond and a high waterfall. I give 4 stars to the tour as an average of 5 to the beauty of the places and the excellent guide of our driver, and 3 to the organization; I explain better: in Batumi our local guide was not engaging and really too fast in explaining and walking from one point to another, sometimes we did not even have time to take 2 photos (at one point I ran in the middle of a beautiful square to take some pictures and then I reached the group that was already continuing). I understand that Batumi doesn't have many attractions to see, but in this case it would be better to leave only free time as soon as you arrive and then leave together to the national park. Regarding the latter, we saw it in the rain, and in our opinion it was a bit dangerous because of the wet and muddy paths; moreover the guide proceeded here too fast. In case of rain it would be advisable to stay in Batumi or visit another place, perhaps on the way back to Kutaisi.

5.00Great tour with Budget Georgia. Just 4 of us so easy & relaxed. Lots of interesting info from Saba. I did not do the hike, choosing to remain in Batumi for another appointment. Lunch was excellent in a very nice restaurant. Thanks Saba.

5.00It has been a beautiful experience. I had the opportunity to see dolphins with a boat, and exploring the most iconic places of Batumi. Our guide, Toko, Koto (I forgot the name 😅) was very funny and with a super positive mood. Warmly recommended!

4.00I did this tour with Budget Georgia agency in Kutaisi, where it is difficult to find shared tours as most only offer private tours. This agency, which has a small office in the center of Kutaisi, offers shared tours. I recommend the one I took because it was very well organized and both the guide and the driver performed very professionally.
