Guests make chocolate entirely from scratch using single-origin cacao we harvest and process ourselves. This is a true craft-level experience led by the master chocolatier, not a demonstration or tourist activity. Travelers participate in every step (winnowing, refining, tempering, and molding) to create bars they can genuinely say they made themselves.

Guests take part in every step of crafting chocolate from scratch. You’ll begin with roasted cacao from our organic farm, learning to crack, winnow, grind, and refine the beans into chocolate. Your master chocolatier teaches tempering techniques and guides you through molding and decorating your own chocolate bars. While the bars set, you’ll sample different origins and learn how cacao varieties and roasting affect flavor. Each guest leaves with the chocolate they made.

We booked the chocolate workshop of Beans to Bars. We really liked the workshop. We learned a lot and all our questions were answered by Frederika. She made a very competent impression on us. We tried different types of chocolate and made chocolate ourselves that we could take with us. We were a group of 4 people. The workshop lasted 2-3 hours. We can highly recommend him.
