Flying within 12 hours after Scuba diving is not recommended. All participants need to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc)
GLASSES/CONTACT LENSES: (if needed) Prescription glasses cannot be worn under snorkel or scuba masks. Contact lenses are allowed, or you may go without—underwater magnification makes objects appear about 25% closer and larger.
Swimming is not required, but you must be comfortable in the water

What To Expect
Beginners welcome, no prior experience and certification needed. Come Scuba Dive in the beautiful Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico. Free videos included! Conveniently located in San Juan, you will see tons of marine life, sea turtle and an underwater park. Because this is a beginner tour, the tour ranges from 1- 1.5 hours depending on individuals skill level. The full tour time starts from check in to downloading your free videos and everything in between.

1.00I had a horrible experience with this scuba diving company. The instructor David was incredibly rude and had zero regard for customer service. After one diver panicked, he was belligerent toward them and ended the entire trip early without any explanation or support. I would never recommend this company. I’m going to get a refund asap my whole experience is ruined thanks David no humanity at all he even argued with them after the fact.

1.00David was terrible do not book fiance proposed to me that day and David the instructor ruined it completely thanks David seem like he was having a ruff day prior to the whole tour he instructed that if we felt unsafe to hit the panic button and come out the water which I did and he got upset and said I ruined it for everyone and if I panic again to just get out the water this was my first time ever scuba diving and I was already In the water deep deep for 15 mins straight when I panic he got pissed off when everyone came up and checked on me and ended the tour 20 mins earlier that disclosed. I am furious about the way he even handled the situation after which I have videos he argued with a female for 10 mins straight so unprofessional and trip advisor is giving me a refund. I didn’t feel safe at all and he is not a good instructor. For footage of how david handled this email [email protected] the other people in the group were the only ones who checked on me plus my fiancé the others said they were going to get a refund too so whatever you do please do get out the water if you are scared he will get mad and end the whole tour EARLY then be childish with you and argue about the whole thing.

1.00My fiancé and so booked a scuba diving tour in Puerto Rico with DAVID the instructor my fiancé even proposed to me during the tour and was disappointed with the whole experience. The dive ended approximately 15 minutes earlier than scheduled because I did get nervous after being in the water for about 10 mins straight deep under water dav said if u got nervous to hit the panic button and come back up , and I found the instructor’s communication to be unprofessional and shocking During my little panic session he said “ thats it I’m done u cant mess it up for everyone else if u think that you’re going to panic again you need to get out the water” David the instructor words I said this was my first time I was just nervous under being under so long and he made us all get out and end the tour early and after the dive, I felt that concerns I raised were dismissed, and I was accused of panicking despite not believing that reflected what occurred. Several members of the group were also unhappy and discussed requesting refunds. I contacted the company to seek a resolution and am still waiting for a satisfactory response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this tour AT ALL he was laughing at me and arguing with a woman for 20 mins straight I have video footage email for footage [email protected]

5.00Thank you to David for his patience and kindness. I went with a friend, and he helped me a lot, especially during a few moments when I felt anxious. He was very helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout the experience. Even though he said his Spanish was not very good, for us it was perfect and we truly appreciated the effort. Highly recommended!
