Overall it was a fun experience. One of the stops could have been skipped over, but it was still worth it.

ASK FOR KEVIN, HE IS AMAZING!!! I can't believe how many experiences we managed to cram in one trip without being exhausted. Kevin is the man. He was able to adjust our schedule based on the weather so we got the best possible experience. He's fluent in English and Mandarin and so he talks to all of us between languages consistently. That's meant we all got The full experience in a very effortless way. He would certainly be worth booking a private tour as well as his knowledgeable but also likes to share all the quirks and what makes each location magic in its own way. I only wish I was in typed longer so I could book another trip with him! My main objective was to see the water buffaloes, which unfortunately weren't in the area at the time and is out of anyone's control. But despite this the tour blew me away. Went well above and beyond my expectations.

Our group was very unfortunate with the day before new year’s year in which most things are closed. I do appreciate the efforts of the guide to accommodate addiintal things, but it would have been good to be informed in advance by the operator. I would have probably cancelled and looked for another activity. But still, despite this, I had a good time. Perhaps my suggestion even for a normal circumstances tour is to reduce the number of stops. It feels to much stop > take picture > jump on the bus again…

Weather wasn't so nice, but amazing beautiful places nonetheless! Tour guide was amazing. When we go back to Taiwan, we will visit Beitou and Yangmingshan again!

Definitely worth it. Visiting Yangmingshan and Beitou by ourselves would have cost more and taken more time. Excellent commentary and info on Yangmingshan, Beitou and Taiwan history from our guide, Wallis. Some info was firsthand account of his visitors/guests who had historical ties to Taiwan. Informative and entertaining.
