On this tour you will visit the Shankill Road & the Falls Road Communities that are separated by the Peace Wall.

During the tour you will get to see many of the Murals that are painted throughout the two communities and also you will hear first hand the history and local stories of what life was like growing up and living in these areas throughout the Troubles for both communities who suffered greatly.

We visit the Loyalist Shankill Road and learn about the murals, stories, life on this side of the wall surround the Protestant community during the Troubles.

We visit the Peace wall that separates the Protestant (loyalist) and Catholic (nationalist) communities still to this day.

David took us on an immensely educational tour. This man lived the trauma and terror of the sectarian violence, the dirty war, while growing up. It's not an easy story to tell, but David is the man to tell it as it was.

We spent 3 weeks traveling Ireland & Scotland. Our black cab tour was one of our favorite things of the trip because we learned so much about the troubles that we didn’t know. We felt like we were given a very clear overview of both sides. I would recommend this tour to everyone. I 100% think it’s the first thing you should do in Belfast to better understand and appreciate the history.

We did the Black Taxi tour, our guide was Jimmy, he was great!! He was informative and pleasant he had a lot of history and took the time to take our picture and accommodate us with umbrellas that we forgot and the rain was coming down! Great experience.

Couldn’t recommend anymore ! Full of knowledge! The best tour of anywhere I have ever had . My step son got a little nervous half way through and Matt reassured him throughout . If you are looking for a your then look no further! I would do it all over again. What a guy! Wish more knew about him! Hook now !
