5.00I had a great time with them and they took me from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport! Very fair prices and, above all, it's very easy to book because you can chat with them on WhatsApp! They send you confirmation and the name and number of the driver, who then confirms by writing to you directly. If there are any changes, they let you know in advance. But the added value is that they are very kind, attentive and thoughtful.

5.00It's been an absolute pleasure to travel with Alex. He reached out to me ahead of time to say 'hi' and confirm the details. He advised on things like getting local SIM cards or getting general shopping done in a convenience store before reaching Kopanoik. Very professional yet also kind and friendly. I've had great conversations with Alex on the way to Kopanoik and back. He also has great taste in music! Highly recommend using this service (especially if Alex is to be your driver)!!

5.00I want to state in the beginning that I was asked to provide a feedback - and this is one of the cases when I'm happy to do so. I've travelled Belgrade-Kopaonik-Belgrade in Feb'23 with my 4.5 yo daughter and we had an excellent trip - everything was perfect from the communication with the office to the actual drive. The driver contacted me through WhatsApp, sent me pics of the car so I could see for myself how comfortable the journey will be and how much baggage will fit in the trunk, met us at the airport with the sign, carried our bags, provided WiFi, and during the trip proved himself to be a very careful and solicitous driver - which is very important when you are travelling with a child. This is a no brainer for me, next time I won't even look for alternatives and use them again. If you want a fast, hassle-free, pleasant drive, you should do the same. 5.00In addition to the order on the website, the driver directly confirmed the order via whats app, the flight was late, the driver met, helped to deliver the skis, quickly and neatly drove at night to Copaonik, the car is in excellent condition, the price is lower than what other companies offer. After paying an advance of 50%, agreed on a return transfer. I recommend it.
