Enjoy tasting nine (9) tastings, including local rum creams, classic Belizean favorites like fluffy Creole fry jacks, perfectly crafted Mestizo salbutes bursting with flavor, and a local dessert often called the dessert of the Maya gods. Along the way, you will learn about Belize’s rich cultural influences and the stories behind each dish while supporting small family owned businesses.

5.00My husband and I went to Belize for our 26th anniversary. Melva (Mel) was very sweet. Small walking tour group so all questions were answered. She gave the background of each stop. The food and drinks were delicious. Next time I want to do the dinner tour. Thanks Melva!

5.00We had a great time in this tour. Melva was our guide, she’s personable and a great face to represent the Belizean people. We really liked the food and drinks as well, El Fogon was tops and we will be returning. Also loved the cigar shop and immediately returned at the end of the tour to buy a bottle of rum cream and a cigar. Highly recommend doing this as soon arrive on island to help navigate the rest of your trip. Pro tip, don’t eat breakfast!

5.00Our wonderful guide Jamil made this a fun trip. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and most importantly ptrtended to laugh at my jokes! Went to some great spots and had some great food! Even some surprisingly large portions at a few places considering it's a food tour. A fair amount of drinks add to the value - so factor that in if you don't drink alcohol. I loved learning the history of the restaurants...and the only suggestion I have is that I would love to hear more of the history of San Pedro itself! Maybe add a general walking tour? Anyways, would highly recommend this early in your visit so you can go back and eat more at your favorite places!
