We booked through our hotel we stopped at. And booked the Tapas deal, which came with a glass of wine. We got shown to our table, then within 10 minutes we got our Tapas, bearing in mind we didn't know what we was getting. Doesn't seem to tell you much on their website either. We got given cheese, and Iberico ham, roasted almonds and tiny shaped french bread. Unfortunately i don't eat cheese, so they took it away, and doubled up on the ham, which wasn't great eating that kind of ham with dry bread. Not our choice of food, maybe ok for someone else, so we ended up ordering something else. Perhaps that was the idea, knowing some people wouldn't like it, so would pay to eat something else, as we didn't book for the actual dinner. But i realised after, that if it doesn't state it anywhere, how do they know if people are Vegan or Lactose Intolerant. Show it self was very good, some parts weren't that impressive.

As always, top order. Reception, service, food, just show pure pleasure and this from start to finish. Relax-time.

Lovely experience, came 2 years ago and feel the show we watched last night was loads better. The graphics were amazing and my kids faces were filled with happiness. Really positive experience and massive thank you to Jenny (our waitress) she was lovely to us and made a fuss of my children.

We attend the show almost every year, which we always like very much. Except for some criticisms, this was the case again this time. Very disturbing have been noticed: - Queues on the stairs as the photos are now taken below. This does not convey the feeling of a show visit but rather station hall flair - the volume of the music is really exorbitant and should be better regulated - the food is now mostly miserable We will certainly come back anyway as part of future vacations, but probably only decide to enter the show.

The Show was OK but slightly disappointing. Some of the dancers looked like they didn't want to be there and their timing was off. The Elements show is a journey through song and dance, with songs that bore minimal relation to the fire, ice, water, earth segments. Nice section from an Illusionist that although the tricks are nothing new, they were impressive all the same. We had the Benidorm Palace Experience ticket which was 46 euros each and included a guaranteed table, one drink (wine or beer) and 'tapas' which turned out to be 3 slices of cheese, 3 slices of cured meat, a bowl of nuts and some very hard, dry breadsticks. Waiting for drinks took ages, around 15-20 mins from ordering, and that's when a waiter finally came to the table (you had to put your table light on to get their attention, ours was unreliable and the table next door didn't work at all). They take photos of you as you go in, and again at the table. Impressively they then presented us with 6 photos printed and mounted and left them with us for about 5 mins without explaining why. When someone came back I asked how much, and they wanted 10 euros for each pair of photos. I said we were thinking about it and all 3 photo wallets were quickly whipped away from me and we never saw them again. Felt like a very obvious money making scheme and as soon as they get a whiff that you may not stump up the money, they lost patience. The Palace is in the middle of what looks like an industrial site so car /taxi is essential. We left as soon as the final bows started so we were 2nd in line for a taxi but I dread to think how long people had to wait to leave. Also no one said we couldnt film, so a few of us were told off (fair enough) but then we saw multiple people continue to film bits of the show and they were ignored, so there was no consistency by staff. Overall, we probably wouldn't go back. We've seen more talented performers on Londons West End (bar the illusionist), although the band who played before the show and the other that played during the interval were both good.

We went to the save my life 14 charity event . It was such a great show and as always the venue and staff were outstanding. The only issue we all had 6 of us at the table was that it was so tight to sit together and the chairs could but be moved to see the stage well. Why haven’t they got swivel chairs which would make perfect sense .

We went on Tuesday the 21st, to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, as a family We booked a table online and called to ensure a good table with good visibility, we were assured that this was the case When we arrived, table F7 , we found ourselves at a table, corridor area, that communicated to the waiters with the kitchen, with which we were continuously covered the vision of the stage We consulted with a waitress if that would be all night and she confirmed that it was. Faced with this he did his best to change our location and so it was We want to personally thank her, the waitress, her empathy and what she did the night of my parents, of the 4, very nice, thank you very much sss of ❤️✨ The show we loved, highly recommended

If we could have given 0 we would Pros- acrobatics were very good. -visual effects very good. Cons- waiting in Que on stairs for extended period so photos could be taken. - hall very warm (take a fan). - show e ticket- head to booth you still need a printed ticket to enter. - show only guests seated in spare seats at other guests tables, staff found it difficult to find seats. -staff are hard worked, and not enough of them, order double when staff finally take your order, wait time is at least half an hour, staff taking order block view of stage. - start time 2200 is late, add to this at least 45 min delay in starting and a half hour interval, show finishes after 0130. -the production of the show was very poor, very loud with a lot of base. Average guest age was around 60, some of the music was inappropriate, up to date music, guests around us looked confused with male dancers , dancing to Sam smith and the singer wearing sky high heals ! - dancers seemed to have an off night, not in time and half hearted dancing. - phone raffle at start took up a lot of time. - we left early , local bars had better acts.
