  A great show has everything for entertainment value Dancers magician and singers a great night’s entertainment it’s a fast moving show with lots going on the food is lovely if you choose to eat customer service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and the service was very good I would definitely recommend the Benidorm palace for a great night out.

  We have been coming to the Palace for many years but last night the drinks service was appalling - we waited 25 minutes for one pint, which is unacceptable. When we ordered a bottle of wine at 20euro we were told they didn't have any, and offered an alternative, but they didn't mention that this would be 35euro !!!we felt this was very underhand. We know they can do better - we don't want to have to stop recommending the Palace to friends and visitors. The show itself and the meal were excellent.

  The night started off really good with a bag on your seat full of fun fancy dress , the venue looked pretty and Christmassy. The wine was served straight away , we were surprised to be sat squished on a table with two other couples , thank goodness they were funny and friendly We paid 198 euros each , the food was awful, I ordered the meat menu and my husband the vegetarian but was served lobster soup then lobster in its shell , no alternatives, it’s what everyone was given , I watched lots of food being returned as no one wanted it , totally lack of staff , our waiter served at least ten tables , faulty towers style as he was being pulled about from table to table , some tables were having dessert whilst others still waiting for soup ! It was so chaotic you had to laugh I watched the show before in May it was fabulous, the new years show wasn’t half as good What a shame !!!

  Attended on Christmas day, for an evening show and food, the cost for that evening was around £65 per person which is amazing value for Christmas. The show was called Elements. We stayed in old town and only cost 10 euro for a taxi, however, the taxi rank after the show was very long, we decided to take a walk back (not recommended if have mobility issues). The show itself, really good entertainment, the ladies all danced amazingly, and pleased to see no more topless dancing ha ha. The illusionist as part of the act was also very very good. There was a guy would come out on a segway? unsure what that was all about, he never spoke, just made some funny faces (and not in the humerous way), pressed a few buttons as if he had activated lights, then went off stage - show didn't need him, sorry. 4 course meal included, salad starter, soup, beef meal, and a pudding. All food was delicious, and the beef was cooked to perfection. Servers come to table for drink orders, and all prices reasonable, bottles of wine start from 11 euro, a pint about 3 or 4 euro, so keeping it all very reasonable, We already say we will be including Benidorm Palace as a night out for all future trips. Fantastic evening.

  We went to see the Elements show. It was our first time in Palace. We were totally taken back by the great quality of the show for the price of the tickets (35€). The performers, costumes, lights, the venue, the professionalism of the waiters, the music. Everything was unbelievably great. Excellent experience! It was so luxurious and nothing like we had ever seen. Thank you for the great evening!

  Drinks service was terrible. Had the welcome bottle of complimentary cava as soon as we were seated but then had at least half an hour wait for other drinks we ordered. Two men on stage talking for a long time followed by a mediocre jazz band. The actual show didnt start until hours later. The man doing shadow hand puppets was awful. At first I thought it was a spoof then realised it was part of the show. I had been with my mum three years ago and the show and costumes were amazing. This time however they relied way too much on computerised graphics. The dancers themselves looked bored and un interested. Very very disappointing. We left when they announced another 30 minutes of jazz band in the interval by which time it was already 11pm.

  We bought the show only ticket the day before, the show was excellent and well worth the money. We were seated on the front row at the side of the stage, I wasn't sure if these seats are reserved for show only tickets as the front row isn't the best place to be, so a tip would be to be seated a little further back. Overall though i would highly recommend this show.
