We'll begin the tour with a convenient pick-up from our office, located near the city center. From there, we'll make our way to Nina's house, located in the heart of Berat's historic castle. Upon arrival at Nina's house, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome from our local host and expert cook. The cooking class will begin with a brief introduction to the dishes we'll be preparing. You'll receive all the necessary ingredients and equipment, and our expert cook will guide you through each step of the process You'll have the opportunity to prepare two or three traditional Albanian dishes, depending on your preferences and availability. Some possible dishes include Stuffed Eggplants, Fërgesë (a traditional Albanian dish made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese), After the cooking is done, it's time to sit down and enjoy the meal you've prepared! At Nina's, we take pride in providing a friendly, welcoming, and educational environment for our guests

5.00Incredible! Everyone was so friendly and hospitable. A truely unique experience to enter someone’s own home and cook together in a group. And to top it off, the food was delicious. So fun to make it yourself and enjoy it at the end of the night.

5.00Imagine being able to go into a local person's home and cook dinner with them. This is not your normal cooking workshop, it's a really nice and cosy time amongst lovely people, that by the end of the evening we could call friends - alongside a really unforgettable dinner. Thanks you, Nina and Mikel - you have been really good to us!

5.00I thoroughly recommend this experience for anyone wanting to get a real flavour of Albanian hospitality as well as its cuisine. We felt very welcomed by Nina and Fredi into their family home. Their neighbour, Mikel, was also there and his command of English allowed us all to chat easily about the cooking and life in general in Albania and the UK. To top it all off, we then got to eat the dishes we had helped prepare on a fabulous roof terrace with a view of snow capped mountains. Amazing!

5.00A great experience for everyone who is interested in Albanian food. The moment you step inside you feel like part of the family. The cooking is a lot of fun and easy to understand. Nina also makes the Baklava by herself! We absolutely enjoyed and recommend it!
