We'll begin the tour with a convenient pick-up from our office, located near the city center. From there, we'll make our way to Nina's house, located in the heart of Berat's historic castle. Upon arrival at Nina's house, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome from our local host and expert cook. The cooking class will begin with a brief introduction to the dishes we'll be preparing. You'll receive all the necessary ingredients and equipment, and our expert cook will guide you through each step of the process You'll have the opportunity to prepare two or three traditional Albanian dishes, depending on your preferences and availability. Some possible dishes include Stuffed Eggplants, Fërgesë (a traditional Albanian dish made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese), After the cooking is done, it's time to sit down and enjoy the meal you've prepared! At Nina's, we take pride in providing a friendly, welcoming, and educational environment for our guests

5.00I had a wonderful experience at this Albanian cooking class. Chef Nina was very friendly, patient, and passionate about sharing the local culture and traditions. We learned how to prepare authentic Albanian dishes using fresh ingredients, and every step was explained clearly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it was a great opportunity to discover both the food and the history behind the recipes. Everything we cooked was delicious, and I left with new cooking skills and unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to experience authentic Albanian culture through its amazing cuisine.

5.00It was so fun cooking with Mama Nina and Mikel. Everyone was so nice and the food tasted even better because we made it ourselves. Make time for this class when you’re in Berat!! It is totally worth it!
