4.00Berat lovely place,castle main focal point,plenty of walking,uneven stones ,not for people with walking problems.The town,folk very friendly and lovely to wander on a nice day. Durres, mainly shopping. Belshi lake very nice,lovely views.

5.00We chose Berat tour for our anniversary, and it was the perfect decision. The city, known as the “city of a thousand windows,” has a magical charm with its beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. We also visited Belsh Lake and Durrës, but what made the day truly special was our guide, Adi. Through his engaging stories, he introduced us to Albanian traditions, culture, and history in a way that felt personal and memorable. By the end of the tour, it felt like we had gained a friend. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Albania!

Our guide, Adi, was very knowledgeable about the history and customs of Albania and he presented, explained and answered our questions enthusiastically, keeping us interested all day. It was a very hot day and Adi took account of that, going over and above to make us comfortable throughout the day. The places we visited were awe-inspiring. An excellent day. Thank you Adi.

5.00Imagine my surprise when Adi picked me up & acted as my private tour guide for the day! Had him all to myself. Visited Durres first, the arena & the seafront & the Venetian tower were all interesting & Adi knew the history so well. As a history buff, this means a lot to me. For me, Berat was the highlight of my trip. Like Matera in Italy, it is one of the oldest inhabited places going back to the 4th century BCE. Ad we were in a car, we were able to park right next to the castle rather than down at the bottom where the tour buses are forced to park. Again, this was a huge plus for me. Adi matched my pace, I never felt rushed &he always lent a hand if I needed it. His knowledge of the history is remarkable & he was able to answer any questions I had. We had lunch at a spot with AC & a view of the city of a thousand windows. We stopped at a local olive oil producer & shared samples, fresh tomatoes & melon. A real family experience. Lastly, visited lovely lake promenade where he treated me to an ice cream. Driving back to Tiranë, he shared his playlist & let me add a few songs from my own. A great driver & just a lovely person, My true rating would be a 10. Highly recommend!
