We begin our tour at the East Side Gallery, the longest remaining stretch of the Berlin Wall, where your guide brings history to life with stories of division, reunification, and creativity. You’ll learn how this once heavily guarded border strip transformed into today’s open-air gallery and vibrant neighborhood, reflecting Berlin’s resilience and ever-changing spirit.

Our expert Berliner guide will show you around one of the last still existing, subcultural centers of Berlin. You will get to know about the turbulent and unique history of this revamped, historical village in the heart of the district Friedrichshain and discover the best street art you'll ever see.

5.00Wow! What a tour! This was my first food tour and Alex did not disappoint! Alex was so informative yet candid which made the tour feel like we were traveling around with friends. He took us to all the unsuspecting spots that were better than most and gave us plenty of background info to complete the experience. Not only did we learn about the food, but we learned so much more about Berlin and how the city came to be. I would absolutely do another tour with them and hope Walk With Us Tours can expand in the future to greater heights! Thanks for being a legend, Alex!!

5.00We had the best time on this food tour. Alex was so knowledgeable which is also a plus! They way he talked about this city and the food was so passionate that it made me fall in love with it too. We had a great walk around the district and ate some great food. The schnitzel was my favorite! There were even more recommendations given at the end of this tour which I can’t wait to check out. I would very much recommend this experience and can’t wait to be back!

5.00This tour was one of those experiences that instantly jumps to the top of my “best tour ever” list. If you’re a beer enthusiast this tour is pure magic. Cliff was a walking encyclopedia of craft beer. He wove in stories about local brewers, beer history, and why certain pairings work scientifically. The pace was perfect—not rushed, with time to chat, and savor. Highly recommend! Missing
