Great Day Trip opportunity from Milan to see the Swiss Alps. Our tour guides Maya & Ornella ("The Twins") and our bus driver Mauro were great! It started with a bus ride to Tirano, then a 2 hour train ride on the Bernina Express up to St. Moritz, and finally free time in St. Moritz for some shopping or a quick meal. The trip ended with a bus ride back to Milan from St. Moritz. It's a lot of bus time, but totally worth it to get to see Switzerland!!!

GiGi was so informative and engaging. Claudio has the agility of an F1 driver navigating hairpin turns safely. He deserved applause. (I don't care for airplane landing applause. It's like they didn't trust the pilot). The Alps are beautiful. GiGi was really good to alert us when and where to take photos when we rode to the Bernina Pass. GREAT trip!

If you have a spare day in Milan, take this trip! A really fun, informative and full day out. We were a big group, who became a family with our wonderful guide, Monica as our Mother!! She was a font of knowledge, giving us a history lesson as we passed every point of interest. She would Shepard us to the toilets, to the best shops but like every good mother, woe betide you if you were late back to the meeting point!! But this is because Switzerland runs like clockwork and if you are late, the train won't wait!!! Also, a big shout out to Claudio, our driver, he delivered us safely there and back on some hair-raising Alpine roads!! Really enjoyable, well worth the money, Monica is fantastic.

Great experience, surreal views, neatly organized. Just enough time for everything we wanted to see. The train ride covered amazing scenery. Monica was clear, emphasized the important facts for the group. Went from Milan, was a very long day.

Monica didn’t just guide us around St. Moritz — she made us feel it. From the first smile to the last goodbye, she brought warmth, laughter, and so much heart into every moment. We laughed, we learned, we discovered places we never would have found on our own, and everything felt effortless and special. Her love for St. Moritz is contagious, and her stories made the mountains, streets, and views come alive. By the end, she felt less like a guide and more like a friend. Thank you, Monica, for memories we’ll carry with us long after the trip ended 💙🏔️
