It was a very long day but worth it to go to the places we went in the trip. English speaking Italian and difficult to understand at times.

Eleonora was a wonderful guide. She is from Northern Italy and is very knowledgeable about points of interest, and I appreciated her using English since I sadly do not know Italian. Equally important is that Eleonora was very attentive to everyone on the tour, and spoke Spanish for those who were Spanish speakers. Finally, she was very alert regarding making sure our group stayed together.

It's a great excursion to experience if you have a full day available. The tour was arranged very well & the rides were comfortable. The train experience was incredible and once in a life time type one! Seeing the glaciers was amazing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and nice. Stop in St. Moritz was a great one. Most shops had closed for the season since it seems to be winter sports town but a charming place to spend a day or two in.
