5.00I was frequently contacted by WhatsApp a few days before and after arriving at the airport, and they picked me up at the arrival gate, so I could use it safely on late night flights. We could register our destination in advance, so we hardly had to speak English on the day, and they took us to our hotel. It was late at night and there were few cars, but the driving was polite and safe (much safer than taxis in Ulaanbaatar!).

5.00This company is very professional. Before our arrival to Mongolia, they WhatsApped me informing me Bayaraa will be our driver and will be waiting. Sure enough, Bayaraa was waiting with a sign with my name right in the arrival hall. Bayaraa spoke good English, and he was very courteous and professional. He made us feel wonderful that we also booked next trip to the airport with this company. I highly recommend this company without a reservation.
