The service itself (pick-up and driving) was excellent. Unfortunately, you apparently can't select a pick-up time when booking the shuttle, although this is pretty much the most important thing when booking a taxi. It can then take up to several hours until your pick-up time gets confirmed via e-mail which I found annoying. In my case I had to actively ask twice for a confirmation of the pick-up time. I would suggest letting the customer select a pick-up time and then confirm it directly in the confirmation e-mail. Everything else is an unnecessary hassle. As mentioned already, the service itself was excellent!

Overall very happy with service. Dorj was the driver, and he was present and easy to spot. Dorj was very friendly and nice, and I ultimately made it to my hotel in a timely manner.
