5.00We booked this tour and it made the whole experience so much better. Our driver was waiting right at the terminal and we beat the size of the morning crowd by at least an hour. The staff even sorted out canal boat tickets so we didn't have to queue for ages at the dock.

5.00We joined a small group tour, and it was such a mood. Walkinbhand in hand over those tiny stone bridges in the Minnewater area was just... wonderful. We also took a boat trip, which is just do because the views of the city from the water are beautiful, and we felt like we experienced the best city in only a few hours.

5.00As a couple, we went to Bruges, and to be honest, it was like entering a fantasy world. A serene atmosphere is credited by the canals, historic structures, and quite streets. It's more about strolling around and taking in the atmosphere than it is about major attractions. It seemed worthwhile, even though prices were little high in the center.

5.00Went with a few friends and loved it. The guide was very patient with us, and the service was great. You want to capture the moment because of the breathtaking view of Belfry Tower. Just a heads up, the boat tour is quite brief; I wish it had been longer! However, everything else was excellent.

We never had the impression that we were being hurried through a tourist trap because the service was professional from beginning to end. Don't expect speedy walks because it's a full day, but the chocolate and the memories will make up for the weary feet.

The transfer was easy and the boat ride kept the children entertained the whole time—they loved looking for the swans! It’s a very safe and organized tour. The boat ride through the canals is a must, it's the best way to see the old houses. Everything felt very organized and 'cruise friendly' just like the name says. No stress, just lots of fun and great photos.

5.00You get to see all of the old houses back doors ad secret garden that are hidden from view the street. We had to wait in the sun for about twenty minutes at the dock, but it was well worth it for the pictures. Additionally, get the nearby waffles with strawberries; they are truly transformative.
