Diego was a phenomenal guide for a fun-filled day of climbing Santa Ana Volcano and admiring Coatepeque Lake. He was very knowledgeable and explained so much about El Salvador and the volcanoes to us. Additionally, he accommodated each individual customer with the most respect. He made sure everyone’s needs were met and was the best guide possible for this tour. I highly recommend Diego!

David was our tour guide and he was so patient, funny, professional, and just a joy to work with. He managed to keep track of the entire hike group but also catered to one of the members that was lagging behind due to fear of heights. The actual hike was harder than expected but it was worth the view at the top of the volcano. Wear proper shoes with traction and bring a jacket as it gets cold/windy at the top. We bought poles for 50 cents which were a big help. Food at the end of the hike was mid but the lake swim was so beautiful. I recommend you bring your own towel.
