We had a wonderful tour with Elena! It was very educational and allowed us to skip massive lines at both the museum and the duomo. Well worth the money. Highly recommend!

The guide was very good but you stand around for a long time. I was expecting the Duomo and the climb but they are closed Sundays. Why sell a ticket with that on it when you know the date we booked it

Our guide, Alma was great. Very nice, knowledgeable and engaging. Gave the right amount of time at each point and answered questions easily. Our teenage boys - who have short attention spans - had a little trouble with the 2.5 hour length of the tour but we thought it was a good amount of time, given the amount of information and places covered.
