  Informative tour. Great fall colors. Tour guide was not as prepared as one would hope. Anne of Green Gables part should be expanded to include both sites.

  DO NOT BOOK YOUR PEI TOUR. WITH SEA SIGHT OR VIATOR - Terrible!!! Terrible !1 booked a 4-hr PEI Premium Tour w/Anne of Green Gables for a 9A departure for 6 people @ $117 pp 6months in advance. With Less than 17-hours notice our tour departure changed our tour from 9A to 1:15P- SeaSight texted the schedule to me - we were told accept the new time or cancel! We accepted it because we wanted to see Anne of Green Gables even though our ship departed at 4;30 and they set an onboard time at 4pm. This gave us a 2 1/2 hr tour. We contacted Viator HelpDesk; this number is located on all tours booked through Viator - waned someone to intervene in the situation - the Viator agent was of no help. Take it or leave it ! Driver arrived at pickup point at 1:15P from his AM tour - after he took a break -we departed at 1:30 p. We literally had 20 minutes at Anne of Green Gables house, museum and gift shop. The photos on Viator/ Sea Sight advertisement show all the stops- Well not so! We didn’t stop at the light house, Beaconsfield House nor any of the other stops mention in their ad. We had 1 photo shot at Cavendish Beach and Anne’s house. Driver stopped at Dunes Cafe for 15 minutes (we didn’t request it) Not sure why we stopped there as it was only 45 minutes from Charlottetown. Filing a complaint with Viator is very difficult; Viator does not return phone calls; received several email without a return address! Viator offered a $40 partial refund; From other Tour Guides in Canada we were told Sea Sight has a very bad reputation and they were shocked that Viator/ Trip Advisors was still selling their tours in the US because Canada has had restrictions on this company for sometime: On PEI, I would buy my Anne of Green Gables tour from Shore Excursiosns Group, Toursbylocals or from the cruise line before I would buy from Viator BUYING A PREMIUM TOUR THROUGH VIATOR/TRIPADVORS OR SEA SIGHT WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY Still awaiting Viator to contact me by phone!

  Gavin, our tour guide was phenomenal. He ensured all of our questions were answered. The tour was excellent, beautiful scenery, luxury vehicle, easy parking and nice short walks at every stop. We had the guide and vehicle to ourselves, what a luxury. We would book this again the next time we come!

  It was a very enjoyable experience. Madison, the tour guide was very friendly and informative - you can tell she has a great passion for the island and its history (which I really enjoyed learning about). It was really interesting to learn about L.M Montgomery’s life and see her inspiration for Anne of Green Gables.

  Our guide Gavin was most knowledgeable of the island he has spent nearly his entire life living on. We really enjoyed the entire tour, and especially our time at Green Gables. A beautiful place and highly recommended.

  I was attracted to the fact that the tour is limited to 7 passengers, although I was aware from the reviews that it’s a passenger van and not a minibus with big windows. That said, I think that some seat rotation directed by the guide might be nice. There was some confusion about the meeting point. It would’ve been nice to get a text or confirmation the night before or morning of, and a sign on the van would’ve been helpful, but we eventually all met up and were on our way with Rob. Maybe it’s because I grew up on an island, but I loved the small-town feel of PEI and would definitely like to return. Rob was able to share some great insights about what it’s like to live there and how it’s changed in recent years. We went to the Anne of Green Gables site, because that’s what you do, and it was a little underwhelming. At first, I was kind of surprised and disappointed that we didn’t have a guide there, but then it was nice to be able to take one of the walking paths on our own, although I wish we’d had time for both. I enjoyed the rest of the driving tour as well, although I would’ve liked to have gotten out to see the exterior of the Haunted Mansion, but I guess that will have to wait for another visit.

  I would like to give 0 star instead of 1 if I have an option. We booked this tour last week at 1:30pm. In the morning, I checked the email and saw the pickup time around 8:45-9am. By that time it already passed it so I emailed them and had a respond the new schedule pick up time around 1:15. So we waited until 1:40 then called and you guys said the tour had been canceled because it was a tour guide’s day off. What’s a joke, isn’t it. So we asked for the refund because it was our last day in PEI and we can’t re-schedule. So we’ve been told that the refund will be back to my bank account within 5 days. And today is more than a week and we received no refund yet. Fix your mistake please.
