  We had an amazing day exploring some of Bali’s most beautiful and culturally rich spots with Bali 4 U Tours. Our driver/ personal guide/ photographer “Krisna” was excellent. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and polite throughout the trip. His deep knowledge of the places we visited added great value to our journey. He waited patiently where we wanted to spend more time. He is a very safe driver. What impressed us even more were his excellent photography skills — he captured some truly memorable moments for us. A very professional and pleasant person to travel with. Highly recommended! We started with a visit to a silver jewellery workshop in Celuk Village, where we watched talented artisans craft stunning pieces by hand. Next, we visited the beautiful Batuan Temple, followed by the refreshing and scenic Tegenungan Waterfall. We were able visit coffee plantation and test the famous “Kopi luwak”. To be frank, I couldn’t digest concept of its production and didn’t appreciate any difference with regular coffee. We also loved the stunning views at the Tegalalang Rice Terrace, a must-see for anyone visiting Ubud. The Bali Swing was a definite highlight — flying over the jungle with panoramic views was truly unforgettable! Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it to the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary due to heavy rains , but we hope to visit it next time.

  A great day out exploring Ubud. Pickup was on time. Our driver/guide Mudana was excellent, checking with us on our preferences, for our itinerary and discussing the order of seeing things based on the weather. We were able to see everything we wanted, were well looked after all day, this was a fabulous day made so by our guide and driver Mudana, can’t thank him enough.

  I enjoyed my time during the Ubud day trip especially at the Monkey Sanctuary and the rice fields. Mr Guna, my guide is very knowledgeable and helped me took lots of nice photos for memories.

  It was a great day! Really enjoyed the sights but ESPECIALLY appreciated our guide Rudy for answering all of our questions and truly “guiding” us through the day with his insights into Bali religion, culture and history. He did a great job filling in the time during the slow travels through the ever-present Bali traffic (it’s a miracle there aren’t scooter and car accidents at every corner and intersection). With very interesting information in general about Bali, Balinesians but specifically our next stop. Rudy also was sensitive to our biological needs (we’re both over 70) which wasn’t the case with earlier experience with a Bali tour guide. He also was very flexible with the schedule too. Rudy walked us through the temple, explaining what we saw and how it was used by the village and people. The monkey preserve was also an experience not to be missed and Rudy was with us throughout the park. You are truly up-close and personal with the monkeys but don’t let them get your phone, purse, hat or sunglasses! Then, had a great lunch at the rice terraces. Beautiful, cool breeze, good food. Much appreciated after the rain forest at the monkey preserve. Finally, the waterfall was a nice visual to end the day. Then back to the hotel through Bali traffic and engaging conversation with Rudy. Highly recommend this tour and make sure to ask for Rudy. We’ve been on many Viator and other tours and Rudy is among the best we’ve had!
