07:45-08:40 – Hotel Pick-Up Our English-speaking tour guide will pick up guests from various hotels in Hanoi's Old Quarter, between 07:45 AM and 08:40 AM. We strive to make pick-ups as timely as possible, but due to morning traffic in the Old Quarter and the number of hotels to collect from, this time is approximate. Please be ready to help expedite the process.
Halong Bay
11:45-12:00 – Boarding the Cruise The bus will arrive at Tuan Chau Marina and reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be waiting for you with a big smile. For guests who have not booked transportation from Hanoi, please be at Tuan Chau International Marina by 11:45 AM.

5.00Amazing experience, jimmy is surely a very good tour guide managing all the things very well. Lunch buffet is good, but high tea can be with more variety. Rates on board are a little costly, but hygiene, management and all things are excellent. Must visit. Johnny/ jimmy superb guide.

5.00Experience was great. I am happy that I visit UNESCO heritage area. For the experience I think price is reasonable and even included pick up and drop off from Old Quarter, Hanoi. Actual travel from Halong Bay started around 11:30am and finished around 6pm. In one place took around 1 hour. Staffs are friendly and help the crowd a lot. Also know the area very well. It's best for every size of group.
