  It was a fun experience, but there were some few problems- 1) food was bland and the food from buffet had no label; this was a problem for us with food restrictions, 2) crowd management was not good- the cruise manager was disorganized and people were confused with instructions, 3) half of the time the tour guide was missing, some instructions were not clear; and sometimes failed to gather all of us for some instructions Overall, again, it was a fun experience, but some things could have been done better

  The tour had several areas that need improvement. Clearer instructions would greatly enhance the experience—for example, the meetup points were not well communicated, which caused confusion. Crowd control and onboard management also need better organization; for instance, some pairs were assigned to larger tables, while bigger groups were placed at smaller tables, making seating inefficient. Food options were limited, and the absence of labels made it difficult to identify dishes. The itinerary also felt too fast-paced, leaving little time to fully appreciate the scenery and enjoy the experience. Overall, Ha Long Bay remains a beautiful destination, but improvements in communication, guidance, food selection, and crowd management would make the tour much more enjoyable.

  First time going to Ha Long Bay for a day trip with 3 islands, and the view was amazing especially from the comfort inside a luxury cruise. The cruise was not too crowded as we are the only tour group inside. Each activities was fun, but tiring as there are also lots of walking for each island.   Our tour guide Johnny is being really professional and helpful. We had a smooth trip with him and enjoyed our day. It is great beyond our expectations.

• Great half day trip to Ha Long Bay!

  Hien was a great guide for this half day tour. We got picked up at our hotel, given lunch on a cruise, taken to 3 different places within Ha Long Bay, then dropped back off at our hotel. Still have time for a late dinner after! Would recommend if you don’t plan on staying in Ha Long Bay and based in Hanoi.
